Bad experience
Pros:

Booked a holiday in Lido di Jesolo at hotel nettuno, on the booking or website hotel looks very nice and show 4* but is only for presentation…we paid silly money for a superior room where we had a unpleasant “image” when we get to the room…swimming pool was very very very small and only few sunbeds which we had to pay to reserve one during the day….room look so poor, when you go for meals, specially for dinner was buffet but they had ppl which will put in the plates, same food about 85% every day, same pasta, same breakfast, same everything…same meet…they gave you very small portions and the way they served you didn’t make you go back to ask for more…not a good place for relaxation.

Overall a pleasant stay with a nice location.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent and the swimming pool was useful for our son. The location of the hotel was excellent - basically on the beach and with excellent restaurants around, the Jesolo Tropicarium park also within walking distance. Staff was nice and helpful.

Cons:

Lack of insect nets on the windows / balcony doors so it was not possible to keep the windows open at night and had to rely exclusively on the air conditioning.
For a 4-star family hotel and a family apartment, it was a bit unusual not to have in the room a tea / water heater machine. We managed without it but especially for a family with kids it would have been useful.

Igazi nyaralós tengerparti szálloda, remek ételek, tisztaság, udvarias személyzet.
Pros:

Fantasztikus elhelyezkedés, a szálloda 50 méterre a tengertől. Remek medencék, felnőtteknek és gyerekeknek egyaránt. Családbarát légkör. A reggeli és vacsora bőséges volt gazdag választékkal, udvarias kiszolgálással. Ingyen kölcsönözhető kerékpárok városnézéshez.

Super agréable et vraiment ambiance de vacances.
Pros:

Personnel accueillant, souriant et super gentil;
Repas petit déjeuner et soir avec buffet super bien garni et varié;
Piscine intérieure un peu bruyante si beaucoup d'enfants mais agréable;
Merci pour les petits pains avec salami, jambon ou mortadelle de 17h! Super idée.

Cons:

Manque de quoi faire sécher les maillots de bain: ajouter 2 fils sur le balcon et éventuellement quelques crochets en plus dans la chambre en cas de pluie ce qui ne fut pas le cas lors de notre dernier séjour;
L'ajout d'un petit fauteuil dans la chambre serait apprécié;
Faut-il vraiment maintenir cette musique de fond à tout moment! C'est lassant et vraiment pas très intéressant.

Wasser ist nicht inkl.Essen wird von Mitarbeiter geschöpft-Hotel schön in die Jahre gekommen

Halbpension: Getränke :Wasser-Bier ect. Kostenpflichtig steht leider nirgends drauf das es verrechnet wird und Wasser nicht inkl. ist
Klima hat nicht richtig funktioniert-Tropfte die ganze Zeit im Zimmer.Wurde Repariert aber Tropfte leider immer noch.
Nachrichten werden nicht beantwortet.
Essen kann man nicht selber schöpfen, für fast jedes Gericht muss der Mitarbeiter das Essen auf unserem Teller schöpfen,unnötig-Wartezeit deswegen.
