Our room wasn’t very clean
La piscina, todos los animales que puedes ver en el propio hotel. Desayuno con opciones muy ricas.

Tener que usar el coche para todo.
Hemos estado 20 días en Costa Rica, tres de esas noches alojados en Bongo. Sin duda el mejor trato lo recibimos aquí. Especial mención a Fernando, siempre atento, su trato, su amabilidad… Nos despedimos de Costa Rica muy contentos.

Tout c'était top personnel accueillant, pour les animaux c'est un paradis paresseux, singes écureuil, capucin, singes hurleurs Arras... c'était fabuleux un vrai parc dans l'hôtel sans bouger

Isabel y Nico fueron súper amables. El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y se sitúa en un enclave especial lleno de monos, tucanes, osos perezosos, guacamayos… el desayuno muy completo…

El administrador y su familia fueron súper amables, el desayuno delicioso y en gran cantidad. Cama muy cómoda, muy limpio, cocina equipada con todo lo que se necesita.

La recepción genial y el lugar encantador. Piscina hasta las 21h. Habitación con salon-cocina ideal por si algún día quieres cocinar.
Faltaría servicio de bar en la piscina.
The pool was great. Woke up the beautiful birds and the breakfast was nice. Staff was very kind.
The internet was very unreliable and would cut out. Not very walkable due to lack of sidewalks.
El personal nos trató increíble, nos esperó porque tuvimos un problema en la carretera y llegamos tarde al check in, nos ayudó con las maletas y estaba atento de que viéramos los animales cuando estaban justo delante de la habitación. Mucha fauna en pleno hotel, desayuno riquísimo y típico y piscina 24h.

La ubicació i l’entorn de l’hotel és preciós.

Falta moltíssim manteniment i una bona reforma. Es nota que l’hotel és molt antic i que no s’ha invertit en reformes: mobiliari antic i fet malbé, vegetació descuidada, piscina bruta i amb parts que no funcionen, camins de l’hotel bastant trencats…
A més, a l’hotel hi “treballen” voluntaris que fan festa i soroll a la nit.
La cortina de la finestra no es pot tapar del tot i entra molta llum d’uns fluorescents que hi ha just fora de l’habitació i que no es poden apagar.
La piscina bastant bruta i poc cuidada, tampoc funcionava el jacuzzi que ara és només una piscina petita.
Em sap greu pels pocs treballadors que sí que s’hi esforcen per augmentar el nivell de l’hotel, però necessita molt de manteniment.
Tuvimos una estancia hermosa. La amabilidad del personal destaca, además de que te muestran distintos animales como monos y perezosa. Muy ricos los desayunos, muy disfrutable la piscina.
