La amabilidad del personal, el desayuno, la ubicación y el sitio en si. Es tranquilo y super cómodo. Hay animales a ratos y es todavía mejor. La verdad que de diez, para repetir.
Nada. Fuimos en temporada baja y nos pareció de lo mejor.
El lugar es muy tranquilo, puedes ver todo tipo de animales casi por tu ventana, el personal es super atento y te ayudan con todas las dudas que uno tiene. Está bien ubicado. Don Fernando nos trato excelente en el desayuno y nos dio varios datos para continuar nuestro viaje. Fue una estupenda elección para iniciar nuestras vacaciones.
El único problema que tuvimos fue con las duchas, ya que era difícil regular la temperatura. Todo lo demás estuvo excelente.
La naturaleza, el trato del personal, el desayuno y hay café delicioso todo el día y la noche.
El lugar muy limpio, accesible y excelente atención de parte del staff y los dueños.

Super séjour. Le lieu est très plaisant. Dans un ensemble très arboré, beaucoup d'oiseaux. Le personnel très gentil.
El personal del hotel era excelente, en especial el señor que nos servía el desayuno, súper amable.
The staff was so nice. The guy at the restaurant helped us find sloths and he was so nice to us! The breakfast was so good and good location!! We saw monkeys and birds around!
The bedroom could’ve been a little cleaner but we were fine anyway! ☺️

Hemos estado 20 días en Costa Rica, tres de esas noches alojados en Bongo. Sin duda el mejor trato lo recibimos aquí. Especial mención a Fernando, siempre atento, su trato, su amabilidad… Nos despedimos de Costa Rica muy contentos.

Tout c'était top personnel accueillant, pour les animaux c'est un paradis paresseux, singes écureuil, capucin, singes hurleurs Arras... c'était fabuleux un vrai parc dans l'hôtel sans bouger

Isabel y Nico fueron súper amables. El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y se sitúa en un enclave especial lleno de monos, tucanes, osos perezosos, guacamayos… el desayuno muy completo…
