Отель міг би бути чудовим, якби адміністрація надала правдиву інформацію про номер. Ми забронювали номер з балконом на трьох на одну ніч і відразу сплатили за нього. Через дві години адміністрація написала, що в них вже немає номерів з балконом, а залишився тількі один номер без балкону. Вони запевнили, що номер відрізняється від сплаченого нами, тільки балконом та пообіцяли нам знижку. Ми були втомлені дорогою, вже був пізній вечір і ми погодились. Коли ми приїхали та заселились в номер, виявилося, що номер відрізняється не тільки відсутністю балкона. Це двомісний номер на першому поверсі з видом на сарай та приладдя. Дитині поставили додаткове ліжко.
Номер був для нас не зручний. Прийняти душ і не залити водою всю підлогу було неможливо. Ліжко на якому спала дружина було жорстке та продавлене. В дружини кілька днів вже болить спина. В номері не було капців, навіть пляшки води, набір кави та чаю і засоби для душу були на двох осіб,
тобто потреби третьої людини були повністю проігноровани. Рушник для рук був один на всіх і всі рушники булі досить старі.
Знижка виявилась дуже смішною. З нас не взяли туристичний збір в розмірі 4 євро та запропонували безкоштовно один на трьох напій в барі.
Вважаю, що адміністрація повинна була надати повну інформацію про номер та знижку, щоб не псувати нам відпочинок та враження від готелю.

Sympatyczny hotel. Dobre miejsce na przerwę w podróży.

- Ładny hotel, bardzo czyste pokoje i wysoki standard.
- Bardzo sympatyczny i pomocy personel. Bardzo wysoki standard obsługi BRAWO!
- Całkiem miłe bistro na miejscu.
- Niezbyt bogaty wybór produktów na śniadaniu, ale wszystkie bardzo wysokiej jakości i świeże.

Cons:

- Zdecydowanie za mały parking. Tu trzeba coś zmienić, bo alternatywą jest niezabezpieczony parking przy ulicy.

Przestronny pokój z balkonem. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Pyszne, bogate śniadania. Dostępnych jest kilkanaście miejsc parkingowych, na tygodniu nie było problemu z zaparkowaniem. Bardzo blisko basenow, można przejść pieszo. Na miejscu bistro serwujące pyszne ale dość drogie dania.

Cons:

Żadnych atrakcji dla dzieci, widziałam tylko kilka zabawek na sali gdzie serwowano śniadania.

Locație optimă pt cei care sunt interesați de spa

E puțin departe de centru pt un turist care vrea să viziteze și orașul, nu doar spa
Lipsa papucilor de casă, și a altor kituri oferite de obicei de astfel de hoteluri, fiind hotel de 4*

Jó az elhelyezkedése, tisztaság volt.

Cons:

A reggeli nem egy 4 csillagos színvonalnak felel meg. A fagyasztott péksütemények nem voltak jól átsülve, a gofri száraz volt, nem volt választék.
Egy nagyobb csoportra nem voltak felkészülve, minden üres volt, még a kenyérre és a zöldségekre is várni kellett, a többiről nem is beszélve.
