Our experience was priceless! This was such a wonderful time

We had the loveliest stay. Gorgeous accommodations, excellent location, and exceedingly kind staff. The staff made us feel special and welcomed. Reception team at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay magical. From the first to last interaction. I felt a great sense of caring from the staff. The rooms were intricate and luxurious and the location was great for visiting sites, everything just a short walk away. We loved our time at La Contrada dei Monti and can’t wait to return.

L'hôtel m'a renvoyé par la Poste un pantalon oublié dans une armoire!
Merci encore.

Cons:

Difficultés pour joindre la réception par téléphone.
Le check-in ne peut pas se faire directement à l'hôtel et il faut transporter plusieurs fois les bagages depuis le parking car il n'est pas possible d'accéder avec la voiture à proximité de l'hôtel!

Borgo bellissimo che merita una visita. Servizi alberghieri molto approssimativi e spartani.

Cons:

Insufficienti informazioni per raggiungere l'Hotel. SCOMODISSIMO chek-in presso altra struttura distante con strade acciottolate belle ma inadatte ai bagagli. La struttura con le camere NON AVEVA NESSUN PERSONALE (accessibile con chiavi). La suite non aveva un frigo-bar, indispensabile visto che al piano terra non c'è alcun bar o servizio.
Lo staff poteva essere contattato solo con telefono, ma spesso non rispondeva. Abbiamo conosciuto il proprietario (molto sgarbato) per un grave inconveniente (eravamo chiusi nell'edificio senza poter uscire). PECCATO! un bell'edificio in mano a persone inadeguate per essere albergatori di una località bellissima. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO se non cambia la gestione.

Loaction is wonderful. Decor and overall comfort of the room. Ambiance almost perfect. Staff willing to find solutions to issues (broken AC).

Cons:

AC in room was broken/loud, couldn't sleep first night (got another room for second night). Check in is at another location, something the hotel could have told us in one of many messages before arriving.

Koselig hotell med god beliggenhet i sentrum. Rolig område. Stor og romslig privat parkeringsplass et stykke unna hotellet.

Cons:

Lytt mellom rommene. Langt å gå med bagasje fra hotellets parkeringsplass til hotellet.
