Nedopustivo za 5 zvezdica: mračna i hladna soba u praznom hotelu
Pros:

Osoblje hotela je izuzetno ljubazno i profesionalno. Doručak je bio sasvim korektan i ukusan, a spa centar prijatan za opuštanje.

Cons:

Soba je bila ogromno razočaranje i apsolutno nedostojna hotela sa 5 zvezdica. Dobila sam mračnu sobu bez terase, sa pogledom na limene krovove, bez ikakve toplote i prirodnog svetla. Ventilacija za grejanje i hlađenje uopšte nije reagovala. Takođe, osnovne stvari poput kafe, čaja i kozmetike u kupatilu nisu dopunjavane tokom boravka. Neko bi rekao da je trebalo da tražim drugu sobu, ali kada dođete umorni sa puta, jedino što želite jeste da uđete, istuširate se i legnete, a ne da se raspravljate na recepciji i rešavate tuđe propuste. Najviše razočarava činjenica da je hotel bio gotovo prazan i da su sigurno imali slobodne bolje kapacitete, ali su odlučili da me smeste u jednu od lošijih soba. Za ovaj novac, to je nedopustivo.

We should stay longer
Pros:

Very nice hotel on great location. Rooms are spacious, extremely clean, beds are comfortable. Breakfast is very good with big selection. Employees are highly professional and very nice. Hotel is near walking area, and it has parking. There is spa center with pool, massages etc.

Vredno posete i preporuke, uz prostor za unapređenje spa sadržaja.
Pros:

Dopali su mi se odlična lokacija, besprekorna čistoća, ukusan doručak i izuzetna ljubaznost osoblja. Jedina zamerka odnosi se na spa centar - je uredan i čist, sadržaj je prilično skroman. Uprkos tome, boravak je bio prijatan i hotel bih preporučila.
