Pros:

Hotel Casona Del Porvenir is a must stay if you are looking for a comfortable, convenient, and truly boutique experience in Cartagena.

The staff were exceptional helping us with bags, making sure all needs were met, and they even provided a welcome drink upon arrival. The rooms are very thoughtful and clean. And the breakfast is delicious too.

Also, AC is even on in the lobby which isn’t the case everywhere.

Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our stay memorable!

Well located, comfortable and pretty in old city.
Pros:

Great Location in the old town/ city. Comfortable beds.
Great option to try/use the restaurant, pool and spa area of their other hotel (half a block away/ 2 min. Walking).

Cons:

A misunderstanding over ordering one more egg for breakfast dampened the experience. Cant you believe this? Over one egg at this sort of hotel. No issue with the additional cost just the way it was handled.
We tried two of the cocktails and we did not like either of them.

Cons:

Piccole disattenzioni nel servizio a colazione (che non ti aspetti a questo livello) e costo del servizio lavanderia esagerato.

Fantastic hotel, you also have access to the 2 other hotel pools very close by, the breakfast was one of the best i have had, rooms were very quiet and bed was comfortable. Staff were brilliant

Tolles Hotel zentral, sehr gemütlich und ruhig
Pros:

Super zentrale Lage, sehr schönes Boutique Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Ich habe mich immer sicher gefühlt.

Cons:

Eigentlich gab es nichts, der Pool war für eine Abkühlung ok.

Pros:

La ubicación es super bien, el hotel es hermoso, el personal muy agradable, la habitación y la cama son extremadamente cómodas. Me sentí muy bien en el hotel. El desayuno es muy completo y el pan que sirven es delicioso.

Cons:

No me gustó que una vez yo instalada en la habitación, mientras no estaba, entraran en la habitación e hicieran algunos movimientos dentro del cuarto y no era precisamente el equipo de limpieza, si no, en un momento no esperado.
