bien mais chambre vraiment decevante du fait du manque de fenetre et surtout d'isolation phonique

Nous avons aimé la qualité de la chambre bien que très décu par le fait qu'il n'y avait pas de fenetres à proprement parler, car celle ci donnait sur un couloir. Malgré la renovation exceptionnelle, c'est un point qui est difficiel car du coup on se sent un peu "enfermé".

Notre chambre était mitoyenne d'une autre et clairement les isolations entre chambre sont mauvaises. Il y avait une porte de communication qui aissait tout paseser ! on avait l'impression d'être dans la chambre des voisins!

A very short but happy stay. Our suite made all the difference!

The location was the best for us. The staff was very helpful and did their best to ensure we were comfortable and happy . Very hospitable 😊

Cons:

We booked a suite based on our needs and location of room with view. However when we checked in we realized we were given a different suite altogether with our bed on a loft area which of course included a flight of stairs!! We had a lot of back and forth with reception indicating the challenges of the stairs as well as we didn’t have the view.
Unfortunately we had to spend the first night in the suite we were given.
We were given our correct room the next day after I insisted on a refund! We were finally happy and enjoyed the rest of the stay.😊

Breakfast was included which was very basic and simple. More local breakfast could have been included.
