Pros:

I always stay here on return from holiday mostly because staff are amazing & so helpful. The staff are amazing, helpful and down to earth but professional.. the beds are so comfy.

Unfortunately,they sent us a message in the morning before our check in that our room is not available and we have to cancel it!we had just arrived at the airport feeling sure that we have already a place to stay since everywhere was almost full because on New Year’s Eve so we find it very unprofessional!
