Super personnel et accueil. Excellent emplacement
Pros:

Le personnel de l'hotel qui a tout fait pour etre arrangeant du debut a la fin, et tres accueillant <3 pareil pour les personnes du restaurant ! la jolie vue de la chambre cote mer est superbe. La piscine est grande et super propre.
Tres bon petit dejeuner avec du choix varie!

Cons:

Je trouve que le prix si eleve se justifie difficilement. Pour le prix, l'ameublement/amenagement des chambres est un peu trop basique par exemple...
Ce serait aussi chouette qu'ils essayent de nettoyer en premier les chambres des personnes qui arrivent tot avant le check in (et qui ont prevenu), pour ne pas avoir a attendre sa chambre trop longtemps.

Everything was all good ,location staff room ,reception very friendly ,the entire hotel very clean ,opppsite to the beach

Cons:

We couldnt use pool as it needed maintenance,breakfast is very poor for a 4 star hotel ,but still i would recommand a visit to this hotel .

top location of hotel, top ambience, and top stuff
Pros:

this has been one of the best hotels since we've been traveling. it's in the center of Marina de Ragusa, the cleaners of the hotel greet you and ask you if you need anything in the room or anything extra that you would like they make sure that you are comfortable and happy and enjoying your stay and make sure that everything is clean and well maintained. They welcome us from day one till the last day that we were there I am exceptionally amazed by their work, we will be there again for sure. The breakfast is fresh and there's a good variety from to choose . they exceeded of our expectations.

Cons:

I have nothing to say against this hotel. I was very, very satisfied with everything. I had everything that we had during our stay
