The annex-bungalows' building consists of a two-story building, with a ground floor and a first floor. It is accessible only by steps and it is located at a distance of 295 feet from the hotel's reception. It is not wheelchair-accessible.

Les petit déjeuners au top, les services de l hôtel impeccables (nettoyage + acceuil + cuisine du petit déjeuner + service ptdj/piscine + épicerie + concierge qui nous a gentiment réservé un chauffeur vtc). Nous avons apprécié la Piscine de l hôtel qui est d une taille suffisante pour nager et se rafraîchir, ses transats toujours disponible, son snack,
La mer et les plages sont toutes proches, ainsi que les commodités encore plus proche (bus, épicerie, restaurant, locations...).
On débute le séjour avec un waw tellement la vue est belle depuis le balcon de la chambre /depuis la piscine /depuis la salle de petits déjeuner, et on est toujours émerveillé jusqu'à la fin du séjour. Le personnel est vraiment très pro et agréable. Établissement à recommander.

Cons:

Un peu d eau qui s échappe de la douche mais le service du nettoyage compense largement tous les jours ce petit désagrément.
De rare clients font un peu de bruit (porte qui claque, parlent trop fort) mais globalement tout le monde est tranquille et au final zéro soucis. Trop bonne vacances.

A pleasant, most enjoyable stay.

Amazing location and views. Fabulous friendly staff (especially Fortini and reception staff). Great value and quality food from the bar.

A wonderful place to relax in the amazing resort of Paleokastritsa
Pros:

A large balcony with a magnificent view of the sea bays. The well-planned modern design of the hotel complex creates a cozy atmosphere. The dining room is well located with a sea view. Everything is very clean. A bus stop is nearby.

Cons:

Unfortunately, mosquitoes bothered us at night. Probably need nets against insects.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Great location, the sea view room view was lovely! Good pool area, bar and breakfast, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The lady who worked at the pool bar and breakfast was particularly great :)

Cons:

Decor/furnishings are basic and bathrooms are a bit old-fashioned.

Pros:

The location is amazing. It is located only 10min by walking to the first main beach and many restaurants and bars.
The staff is sympathic. The breakfast is wonderful with a beautiful view on the sea, fresh fruits and a large offer. Windows have sliding screen doors against mosquitoes and bugs! The area is really calm at night except some motor bikes down the road. In general it was a great hotel - not all rooms are the same, some are much better than others.

Cons:

Swimming pool: Even if the staff is lovely, it is forbidden to drink from your own water bottle there during the day. A sign inform that we cannot bring food and drinks. However, even if we ordered food from the bar and paid for it, we came back from a hike and had our own water bottle, the staff insisted on the fact that we cannot drink out of it. It is really not possible to have such rule regarding water. This rule must be changed! At least on water.

Room: the bathroom is really old, the neon light is not nice and the facilities are not so practical.

Breakfast (only for improvement, it is already great!): it could be nice to have some nuts and more typicall product like Kumquat (but there is already feta and some other Greek products)
