El techo que estaba cerca de la habitación provocaba ruidos directo hacia la puerta
El totalmente rupestre, para aquellos que quieran conectar con la naturaleza es muy recomendado. Sin embargo, al estar en medio de un poblado que da a la Laguna, hay un buen transito de autos.. eso no elimina el hecho que el lugar es ricamente hogareño y la vista espectacular! La piscina es una belleza y puedes nadar libremente (unos 15-20M).
La atención del personal fantástico, la señora Graciela fue muy amable y atenta!
Si recomiendo que lleven su propia bebida/cooler ya que como en todo hotel, hay que pagar al precio del hotel y los locales (llámese tiendas) están bastante alejados del sitio o tienen horarios de cierre temprano.
Seria bueno agregar una neverita de ser posible para las personas que llevan sus propios refrescos o agua, poderlas mantener frías.

The pool is great, and there is a ping pong table and some other entertainment options. Also, the personnel were super friendly. The location is about 8km from the main highway, about 1h15m from Panama City.
Quite a lot! The hotel is quite run down and the place feels worn. The breakfast was disappointing: the hotel provides a small (but fine) breakfast with eggs, but you need to pay for everything else (like pancakes). The pictures show the menu, but they leave out the menu for the breakfast (at which point you could have read that most breakfast options cost extra). There was a blue tooth loudspeaker, which guests can use. When we arrived some guests were playing loud music. It doesn't feel right that I have to ask to manager a few times before things quieted down. We had dinner there once, and it wasn't good. The chicken wrap was not worth USD 12. So, all first world problems and we still had a good time. The managers could not help this of course, and I must emphasize that they were very nice and responsive.

La entrada del complejo debe mejorar, es peligroso para autos que no tengan tracción; considerar colocar barandales en las escaleras, mejorar seguridad de las puertas de las habitaciones, verificar seguros de puertas de baños, tratar qué ropa de cama no sea de material tipo poliéster que se carga de energía estática
