Pros:

La struttura è in una posizione perfetta perché vicina al centro del paese, ma anche ai principali sentieri per escursioni. Il personale è competente, affabile e attento ad ogni esigenza. Colazione e cena soddisfano tutti i palati e ci sono più opzioni per i vari regimi alimentari. Il menù della cena garantisce piatti tipici in versioni raffinate e particolari. La camera standard è spaziosa e immacolata a livello di pulizia, come in tutta la struttura. Il centro benessere è ben gestito e pulito.

Pros:

Struttura fantastica, ottimi tutti i servizi compreso colazione e cena di qualità veramente notevoli. La cordialità e professionalità di tutto il personale sono veramente da sottolineare. Un elogio particolare a Diego del Bar: una persona speciale!

Cons:

Sinceramente non c’è niente che non c’è piaciuto. Peccato per la mancanza di aria condizionata che con questo caldo assurdo sarebbe stata fondamentale.

Cons:

Ho voluto e pagato supplemento per il balcone, ma non mi aspettavo veduta sull'isola raccolta rifiuti. Suggerimento per un hotel di questo livello: costruite una casetta in legno o altra struttura per mascherare questo luogo.

Struttura molto bella e valida.
Pros:

Colazione ottima.
Posizione comoda.

Cons:

Sono a conoscenza che in valle non è prevista l'aria condizionata nelle strutture ma se le temperature continueranno ad essere alte bisognerà cominciare a pensarci per chi anche di giorno resta in camera.

Assolutamente consigliato
Pros:

Ottima struttura, moderna e confortevole. Molto ben gestita dal direttore Bartolo e assolutamente in linea con le aspettative. Colazioni e cene di qualità (un grazie in particolare a Stefano per la grande attenzione che presta ai suoi ospiti).

Arrivo in reception attesa lunga per check in nessun saluto di benvenuto ed informazione della receptionist a non corrette su utilizzo spa e relativi costi. Stanza piccola bagno scarno privo di un semplice appoggio letti singoli non presenti come da richiesta iniziale ma trovato matrimoniale separato.

Le camere sono senza aria condizionata, questo particolare non viene messo in evidenza nella descrizione delle camere. In un 4 stelle la presenza dell’aria condizionata nelle camere si dà per scontata, quindi se manca va detto in modo chiaro. Purtroppo la camere che ci è stata assegnata era al quarto ed ultimo piano ( sottotetto) esposta a sud ovest, quando siamo entrati, c’era un caldo tremendo . Di notte la camera si rinfresca un po solo lasciando la finestra spalancata, peccato che, essendo luglio, la luce arriva verso le 4,30, e dovendo lasciare la finestra spalancata, non si possono chiudere le tende
