For stays from 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are included. The cleaning at the end of the stay is included except for the kitchen and the dishes.

For stays from 4 nights and above, bed linen, towels and the cleaning at the end of the stay are not included. but they could be added in option, after the reservation, on Customer Space Vacancéole.

Pets are allowed (1 max/room) with a supplementary fee (12€/stay and 65€/week). this fee can be added in option, after the reservation, on Customer Space Vacancéole.

For group reservations (from 5 rooms) specific group conditions apply, prepayment of the total amount and cancellation possible until 42 days before the arrival. Please contact us.

An identity proof with photo and a credit card would be request for the registration.

A bank imprint of 300€ is requested at the arrival for the damage deposit and left after the stay. It is conditioned to a property left in good condition (inventory of fixtures as described)Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

la piscina coberta...esperavem trobarla a una temperatura adecuada per estar dins sense passar fred, caldria revisar la descripció, climatitzada?

Sehr schöne Aussicht auf den Polder, manchmal auch Ruhe
Pros:

Brot Service war prima, Pool war gut, gute Lage

Cons:

Das Haus ist etwas verbaut, Fahrstuhl geht bis ins Erdgeschoss dort ist aber kein Ausgang zum Parkplatz, also mit Gepäck erst mal die Treppen hoch

Die Lage zum Mont war gut, nur 15min
Ausblick auf das Feld schön

Cons:

Bilder entsprechen nicht den angebotenen Apartments, anderes Zimmer bekommen als auf den Fotos. Das Hotel hat eher Hostel Vibes. Sofa ist komplett durchgesessen und das Bett durchgelegen.

Reposant et lieu très pratique pour un week-end au mont St Michel
Pros:

L’accès à la piscine, le logement très pratique
Petit plus, la magnifique vue depuis le petit village à 5min en voiture du lieu.
Nous avons très bien été accueillis.

Séjour agréable dans cette résidence au bord des polders du Mont ST Michel
Pros:

Séjour de 3nuits en juin. Emplacement interessant pour découvrir la baie du Mont ST Michel, à pied , à vélo.
Appartement 1chambre confortable, bien équipé, propre. Accueil sympathique, personnel disponible.
La piscine est un vrai +

Cons:

En juin il y avait peu de fréquentation et le temps ne se prêtait pas à rester sur le balcon mais sinon, le vis à vis peut être gênant en été (même si les balcons ne se font pas face, ils font face aux portes d’entrée dans les appartements.
Résidence en bord de route passagère. Perso je n’ai pas été dérangée par le bruit car peu de passage la nuit.

Endroit idéale pour une pause avant d aller visiter le Mont St Michel

Emplacement très agréable et très belle vue sur les champs

Cons:

Il manque dans la douche de quoi reposer son gel .
Au niveau de la piscine l endroit est bruyant , chaud surtout en juin avec ces températures caniculaires et la javel pique les yeux dès qu on rentre. Heureusement qu il a des transats à l extérieur mais une fois sortie de la piscine on ne peut plus rentrer.

trop proche route (la chambre donnait sur la route) - pas de torchon - pas de nécéssaire pour laver vaisselle ni éponge , pas de sèche cheveu (soit à la piscine soit ds la chambre !) -

Je moest zelf het appartement schoonmaken en het voelde alsof het daarbuiten niet meer schoongemaakt werd. De vloer was erg vies en zanderig en het servies was ook niet allemaal schoon. Er zaten wat vlekjes op de lakens.
