For stays from 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are included. The cleaning at the end of the stay is included except for the kitchen and the dishes.

For stays from 4 nights and above, bed linen, towels and the cleaning at the end of the stay are not included. but they could be added in option, after the reservation, on Customer Space Vacancéole.

Pets are allowed (1 max/room) with a supplementary fee (12€/stay and 65€/week). this fee can be added in option, after the reservation, on Customer Space Vacancéole.

For group reservations (from 5 rooms) specific group conditions apply, prepayment of the total amount and cancellation possible until 42 days before the arrival. Please contact us.

An identity proof with photo and a credit card would be request for the registration.

A bank imprint of 300€ is requested at the arrival for the damage deposit and left after the stay. It is conditioned to a property left in good condition (inventory of fixtures as described)Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Perfecto para una estancia corta.

La terraza, aunque la nuestra no tenía vistas, y el hecho de que nos facilitaron algunos productos de limpieza. En cuanto a menaje, tenía prácticamente de todo

Cons:

Pensaba que era un apartamento normal, pero al llegar las camas no estaban hechas ni el sofá abierto (éramos 4). La puerta era casi imposible cerrarla y abrirla, yo directamente no podía. No dispone de cosas básicas como sal o azúcar.

Les photos ne correspondent pas du tout au logement, ce sont les photos des chambres d'hôtel (d'après la réception) et non des appartements! Photos trompeuses de la part de Booking!
Appartements vétustes.
Il n'y a pas de climatisation dans les appartements donc comment vous dire qu'en période de canicule avec seulement un petit ventilateur fixe on ne va pas bien loin..
Il n'y avait pas de tête de lit (contrairement au photos sur Booking) dans l'appartement studio qui fait que vous arrivez avec un mur noir de crasse 🤢 donc obligé de désinfecter avant de se poser!
Les chaînes du câble ainsi que la Wifi fonctionnent très mal et évidement pas de réseau pour l'opérateur SFR.
Le réfrigérateur ne refroidissait pas mais il a été changé assez rapidement.
Personnellement je ne recommanderai pas l'établissement à moins de faire quelques travaux.

Onhygiënisch zeer matig verblijf zwembad was OK.

De hygiëne was zeer slecht vieze gele voegen er hing een muffige lucht, aan de buitenkant zag het gebouw er ook slecht onderhouden uit. Ontbijt was ook zeer matig. Weinig beleg, geen melk aanwezig ook geen koffiemelk. bedden waren slecht, vlekken in de gordijnen. de vloer die in het appartement lag kon jeje voeten aan open halen. De slaapbank was zeer klein en kort om met 2 personen op te slapen ik ben 166cm en in stak er met mijn voeten uit zaten ook vieze vlekken op gelukkig zat er een laken tussen. Gelukkig verbleven wij er maar 1 nacht. Ik zal dit niemand aanraden.
