Good central hotel
Pros:

The location is very central in Puerto Natales with shops, restaurants and a supermarket close by. The beds were comfortable and although it was very cold outside, the rooms were very warm. We could get an early breakfast to go on a day tour. There is a laundry service at the hotel.

Cons:

There were renovation works ongoing in a room close by with noise and chemical smell during the day. The rooms are quite noisy; I could hear people walking in the room above and snorring of other guests at night.

Un très bon accueil
Pros:

La disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel qui essaie toujours de répondre au mieux à nos demandes malgré les problèmes de langue.
Le petit déjeuner complet.
L’espace avec grande baie vitrée à l’étage pour se détendre au soleil.

Cons:

Nous avions une chambre donnant sur la rue causant un peu de bruit.
La salle du petit déjeuner où il ne faisait pas très chaud (séjour en juillet)
