Pros:

Schöne Anlage an sich, gutes Frühstück, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal

Cons:

Abendessen zu teuer für das was es gab! Nicht wirklich gutes Essen. Zu kleiner Spa und Wellnessbereich für sen Namen.

Perfect stay. Would come balg again
Pros:

Everything was fine. They have Electric vehicle charging Station. Staff was really kind.
The Pool was really well equipped.

Cons:

The opening Hours for Pool and gym could be a Little more flexibel

Perfect holiday stay!
Pros:

Truly, a magnificent hotel, at the perfect location with the best services, dinning, rooms and facilities.
We stayed there for 7 nights late Sept’ - with our 3 year old girl.

The rooms are spacious, and very accommodating, the outdoor pool is large and clean (though was too cold for us during late sept) however, the indoor pool is warm and perfect for a light swim and play (there’s even a small baby pool with games, and a slide. There also a kids playground outdoors and an indoor kids room - with lots of toys, games, climbing Gymboree, videos games and more - such a perfect solution for indoor kids activities.

We were on a half board and so we ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel, something also had lunch there. The food was always diverse, clean and tasty - with a large variety for adults and children.

The staff at the front desk, and the restaurant were so helpful and kind and were always felt taken care of and seen. We especially want to thank Anja at the front desk who was so helpful and sweet ;)

The hotel is on a hill, so you get to see the sunset over the lake every evening and the sights are breathtaking! You should probably rent a car, as there’s no other way to reach places. The driving is easy and there are beautiful town near by as well as parks and activities. We absolutely loved the location of the hotel - a big secluded in a sense that it’s not right in the middle of a loud town but still very close to everything! 8 min drive to Garda, 10 min drive to Torri, 20-25 min to all the huge amusement parks. Really - perfect location.

We definitely look forward to staying here again next year!

Cons:

The WiFi. It’s very slow. But we survived ;)
