Pros:

Frühstück: feine lokale Produkte. Alles vorhanden was man sich wünschen kann. Sehr aufmerksame und Hilfsbereite Serviceperson.
Zimmer: sehr sauber, praktisch eingerichtet angenehm!
Restaurant: das Essen sehr gut, das Personal trotz "fullhouse" sehr freundlich, kompetent, kundenorientiert und trotzdrm sehr speditiv. Ein gut eingespieltes Team.

Cons:

Es gibt aufgrund der Architektur, es sind alte Häuser, recht viele Treppen zu bewältigen. Ich muss mit Gehstöcken gehen, daher nicht ganz entspannend aber es war alles zu schaffen .

Pros:

Wir haben das Hotel für zwei Nächte auf der Durchreise ins Tessin gebucht. Das Familienzimmer war sehr grosszügig und sehr sauber.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, frisch und es hatte feine italienische Dolci.
Im Dorf gibt es ein Sportcenter mit Tennis, Minigolf und Kletterpark. Wir empfehlen das Hotel inkl Restaurant.

Cons:

Die Dame an der Rezeption war am Morgen beim Checkout nicht zuvorkommend, sie hat lieber auf ihre Nägel geschaut anstatt uns zu bedienen und wollte uns dann ganz frech das Gratis-Zimmerupgrade verrechnen. Daraufhin hat sie uns absichtlich hingehalten und extrem langsam die Rechnung erstellt.
