Lage top! Super nettes Personal, dafür 10 Sterne! Haut und vor allem der Biergarten super schön , Haus an sich auch schön, wären die Zimmer und das Mobiliar nicht .... so viel Potential aber leider wird nichts draus gemacht.

Cons:

Zumindest das Zimmer was wir hatten war unterirdisch! Dreckig, roch unangenehm, bett quitschte bei der Bewegung. Vorallem Toilette , Boden und Dusche ( nicht für Hotellerie gedacht) extrem dreckig.

Das Hotel besticht durch seine schöne Lage direkt am Inn an einer wenig befahrenen Straße, mit Blick auf Schloss Neuburg. Zudem gibt es einen Biergarten auf dem Gelände.

Cons:

Der Self-Check-in am Automaten war sehr unpersönlich. Das Frühstück war enttäuschend und wirkte eher wie billige Ware aus dem Supermarkt, was man von einem Landhotel so nicht erwartet.Das Zimmer selbst war extrem warm, ließ sich nicht verdunkeln und bot trotz der Nähe zu Fluss und Teich keinerlei Mückennetze. Die Zimmerausstattung und Hygiene waren absolut unterirdisch: Das Mobiliar ist verschlissen und staubig, zudem war der Teppich fleckig. An der Decke lösen sich bereits die Paneele ab. Das Badezimmer war eine Zumutung – das Waschbecken angeschlagen und schmutzig, der Toilettendeckel beschädigt und einfach nur eklig. Zudem ist die Dusche eine Fehlkonstruktion: Wenn man größer als 1,80 m ist, stößt man sich ununterbrochen an der Regendusche.

Séjour catastrophique, j'avais réservé un appartement deux chambres avec climatisation et nous avons reçu un dortoir avec 4 lits même pas fait, pas de climatisation bien sûr et booking impossible a contacter par téléphone , une attente de 20 minutes annoncée pour un appel en Angleterre c'est a dire hors Europe, j'espère que booking donnera suite à ma plainte car 200 euros pour une chambre qui en vaut 75 c'est du vol pour et simple, j'attends un vrai geste commercial.
