Peaceful stay with great location and friendly staff.
Pros:

The bed, linen, room in general including the bathroom are great. The pool is good too. Staff service was great.

Cons:

The restaurant isn’t bad however it needs a little improvement. Perhaps the menu could be more modern.

Some staff may need English language training.

Also, at night I saw small mice in the bar area’s ground near the baking trays and a bigger one (perhaps a rat) climbing out the bar’s wall.

Wonderful stay. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Stylish, comfortable boutique hotel with great pool and good proximity to the beach
Pros:

The property is very pretty with a lovely pool at the center which all the rooms face. The room was very nice, very comfortable with nice decor. The beautiful beach is. Five minute walk down an off road path opposite to the hotel.
Nice menu choices for breakfast. The stuff re lovely.

Cons:

As other reviewers mentioned, since the rooms are all in a single block, the open air bathrooms are all lined up so privacy is at a minimum. (There are walls of course but no or partial roofs) so you can hear everything your neighbor is doing (and vv.) which can be a bit awkward.

Pros:

Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt im Suku. Die Zimmer waren super, das Personal unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut. Zum Strand sind es ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß.

Die Villen sind einfach ein Traum- Privatsphäre pur man kann sich das essen wenn man möchte in die Villa bringen lassen
Das Personal ist unfassbar freundlich und zuvorkommend herzlichen Dank nochmals an Ali, Zhia und alle anderen
Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist sehr gut ebenfalls wenn man nicht raus möchte beim Abendessen

very nice staff, awesome facilities
Pros:

looked beautiful, staff very friendly, beach access a short walk, can hire a scooter to go exploring, kuta lombok not far away for shopping and food and bars, many learn to surf schools along the beach and they are so good with beginners

Cons:

quite noisy with motorbikes and scooters going past at times

Wunderschönes Hotel mit herzlichem Personal, leckerem Essen und nur wenige Minuten vom Surfstrand entfernt! 🌴✨

Die gesamte Unterkunft ist unglaublich stimmig gestaltet – von den schönen Farben und dem Design bis hin zur entspannten Atmosphäre. 🤍

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Personal: außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Der Service war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts hervorragend und hat unseren Urlaub noch schöner gemacht.

Alles war stets sehr sauber, das Essen war hervorragend und der gesamte Vibe des Hotels einfach perfekt zum Entspannen. Auch der Wäscheservice war klasse – günstig, schnell und die Wäsche kam frisch zurück und hat unglaublich gut gerochen.

Der wunderschöne Strand ist in nur etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und bietet fantastische Bedingungen zum Surfen. Praktisch ist auch, dass man direkt am Strand unkompliziert und günstig Surfbretter ausleihen kann. Die Lage ist somit ideal, um sowohl die Ruhe des Hotels als auch das Strandleben zu genießen.

Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen! ✨🌴🤍
