El personal muy amable, sin duda eso es lo que nos llevamos. Super atentas en todo, con la limpieza, el desayuno, además ofrecen transporte al aeropuerto. Tenían una cocina en el hotel y nos dejaron dejar ahí la comida y bebida para guardar. Super majas! Repetiría sin duda y recomendaria este sitio a todxs aquellxs que vayan a Antigua. Además está en una calle más alejada del centro y eso la hace más especial porque no hay ruido apenas. Y desde la terraza se ven super bien los volcanes. Increible estancia.
Nada, igual por mejorar algo, las almohadas eran algo incómodas, pero vaya, cosas que pasan en los viajes, nada importante.

Muy limpio y bonito y el personal muy amable
El internet es realmente malo y es un poco retirado del parque de santa clara aprox 9 minutos y la iluminación del cuarto es muy poca

Le wifi est extrêmement lent et ne fonctionne que peu juste à côté du routeur, ne pensez pas avoir internet dans votre chambre.... Aucune fenêtre extérieure dans notre chambre donc pas de lumière et, du coup, très bruyant car axé sur le patio avec des clients arrivant et partant à toute heure de la nuit....

Lo único que no me gustó tanto fue que el acceso a mi habitación era por medio de una escalera de caracol bastante pequeña y había que subir y bajar con mucho cuidado.

The stairs to my room are extremely narrow and uncomfortable (even dangerous at night). And there is just one toilet/bathroom (combined).

El lugar superó mis expectativas, es mejor que como se ve en las fotos. El desayuno estaba muy rico y tienen varias opciones.
A las habitaciones sin baño se sube por una escalera de caracol muy estrecha, que puede resultar un poco incómoda de subir y bajar.
