Overall, great place for the price. The environment was very cute and gave us the "Guatemala feel."
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and clean. Having a TV and wifi was an amazing addition. The location was great for getting to the center of the town and visiting other nearby restaurants.

Cons:

Breakfast was not included unfortunately and the private bathroom was outside the room which made it a little difficult to get ready for the day and for bed.

El precio fue muy económico. El personal muy amable.

Compartir baño y era muy pequeño. El pasador de mi puerta me costó un poco cerrar y abrir. También, creo que una persona entro a las 2.30am de la mañana y tocó una puerta levemente pero me despertó.

Pros:

El lugar es muy agradable, el personal amable, muy simpáticos y dispuestos a ayudar al visitante. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero cómodas y limpias.
El Wifi es estable.
Sin duda me volvería a quedar ahi.

El tiempo de respuesta muy malo. Escribí alrededor de las 9:30 am para consultar si podíamos hacer check in pasado de las 11 pm y recibí respuesta hasta las 7:30 pm. También pregunté cómo era el proceso para reservar el parqueo y tampoco recibí una respuesta concisa

Cons:

A small winding staircase for my room that made it difficult to carry a heavy bag, but the receptionist helped with that so even that was fine.

La casa es muy linda, tiene un estilo colonial y desde la terraza se pueden ver los volcanes. Está bien ubicada y te colaboran con transportes y toures.

Das Hotel ist super schön gestsltet und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Betten sind bequem und auch das Bad war stets sauber.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer reichte zur befahreren Strasse und es war ementsprechend laut. Zudem hörte ich Perosonen nach Hause kommen und am Morgen in der Früh beim Frühstück oder Checkout, da sich mein Zimmer direkt oberhalb befand.
