Pros:

La ubicación, demasiado cerca del centro y restaurantes, personal amable, la vista perfecta con balcón y del otro lado vista a la laguna, espectacular. La tv tenia varios canales, al principio no encendia porque era otro control el que debia usarse pero sin duda lo recomiendo

Cons:

Solo sugerencia, una toalla mas grande para manos, tener caja de seguridad.

es un lugar acogedor, pequeño pero limpio perfecto para llegar a dormir, cerca del la zona turística, las habitaciones tienen buen tamaño y todo lo necesario para la estadía

Cons:

se escucha mucho el ruido de la calle y de la gente dentro del hotel, la puerta no se siente muy segura y el personal (no todos) un poco groseros y no tiene estacionamiento

Desde la llegada el personal fue muy amable y atento. El lugar está muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro y del muelle, es fácil moverse a los puntos principales de Valle de Bravo.
