Ruime kamer op een mooie plek.
Pros:

Het zijn ruime kamers en het is schoon. Op de kamer heb je een kleine koelkast (minibar). Het uitzocht vanaf het balkon is geweldig.

Cons:

Het is een redelijk duur hotel en dan verwacht ik ook dat alles top in orde is. Hier zou een ruimere koelkast, Airco of ventilator minimaal bij moeten horen. Daarnaast moet dan ook echt alles top zijn. Dus geen asbak met peuken op het balkon. 2 oude tuinstoelen die niet kapot zijn en enige schimmel in de douche.

Super ausgestattetes Hotel, leider nicht sauber.

Die Ausstattung des Apartments, dass viele Parkplätze vorhanden waren, die Ruhe

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit lies sehr zu wünschen übrig. Auch nach Rücksprache mit dem Chef wurde zwar am nächsten Tag sauber gemacht, jedoch sind Silberfischchen, ein Tierchen im Bett, dreckige Vorhänge, fleckige Couch ect nicht schön. Auch im Hoteleigenen Restaurant werden dreckige Löffel, Gläser ect gereicht. Von einem drei Sterne Superior Hotel hätte ich persönlich mehr Reinlichkeit erwartet. Auch ein in Wasser gelöster Kakao zum Frühstück war eine Enttäuschung.

Ein Hotel in toller Lage
Pros:

Die Lage oben am Berg ist traumhaft und die Aussichten auf die Berge von Balkon oder Terasse toll!
Unsere Suite war modern und grosszügig und wenn man abends nicht mehr nach Bad Reichenhall zum Essen fahren möchte,kann man auch gut im Hotelrestaurant essen.

Pros:

wir sind kurzfristig angereist, das Personal war noch gar nicht von booking.com informiert und wäre eigentlich ausgebucht gewesen. Sie haben in der Kürze der Zeit schnell ein schönes Zimmer reinigen lassen. Das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich, obwohl sie durch uns in Stress gekommen sind. Wir konnten ein Abendessen einnehmen und das Zimmer war danach für uns gerichtet. Auch der Service im Restaurant war sehr, sehr aufmerksam.

Cons:

WLAN war auf unserem Zimmer nicht möglich.

Cons:

We booked 1 room with 2 separate bedrooms. Because of a water leak one bedroom could not be used. Hotel was aware of this leak but did not do anything (either they could have changed our room, or lower the price to repair the tort as we paid for 2 bedrooms but could only use 1, or get it repaires, or…, but nothing !). Very disapointed !

hotel ok, Badezimmer naja, Speisekarte "fix" jedoch sehr gutes essen, insgesamt akzeptabel

lage außerhalb, aber relativ nahe, top Aussicht
zimmer oben heiß und wegen Dachfenster sehr hell
Frühstück gut, ausreichend vorhanden und viel verschiedene Sachen

Cons:

obere Zimmer sehr heiß, auf Anfrage ein anderes Zimmer erhalten,
wasser/Getränke nicht vorhanden, auf Anfrage erhalten
Sauberkeit ok, dusche/bad/wc naja ... könnte durchaus sauberer sein

Heerlijke rustige locatie net boven Bad Reichenhall. Prima locatie om de buurt te verkennen. Prima keuken met de eigenaar van 83 als chef.

המלון מקסים, במקום מבודד ושקט, לאוהבי השקט, עיצוב עדין, נעים, מיטות נוחות, החדר היה נקי, המרפסת גדולה מול הנוף. כמה דק נסיעה ממרכז העיר.

Cons:

אין אנשי צוות שמאיישים את הקבלה, לנו זה הפריע, ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מאוד בסיסית, ודלה יחסית למה שבדר"כ קיבלנו במלונות אחרים.
