Hotel jest bardzo czysty i elegancki. Pokoje czyste, śniadania pyszne, poziom obsługi hotelu - prima. Jedyny mankament to dźwięk ruchu ulicznego i sygnalizacji dla osób niewidomych dla pokoi zlokalizowanych na przeciw ulicy. Słychać nawet jeśli zamknięte są okna.

Pokoj dla dwóch osób, a kartę wejściową dają jedną. Po trzykrornym upomnieniu się o drugą dostalwm kod dostępu zapisany na kartce papieru.
Jak osoba z kartą wychodziła z pokoju, to drugą zostawała bez prądu.
Pokój wąski a długi tzw. biznes.
Mała łazienka w szczególności bardzo mało miejsca przy umywalce.
Łóżko podwójne, a dostęp z jednej strony...
Podczas śniadania wodę do herbaty gotuję się w czajniku, a o wodę trzeba się dopominać obsługi.
Gdy chcesz czarną kawę i uruchomisz ekspres masz zapełnioną całą filiżankę, aż po brzegi. Jak to donieść do stolika?
Jednego dnia zwróciłem uwagę obsłudze i uzyskałem odpowiedź, że nie pociekło...
Kolejnego dnia z kawą podobnie, co oznacza, ze uwagę zlekceważono.

Przede wszystkim personel, Wielkie Brawa, nie było słowa " nie" z ich strony, dziękuję bardzo, Hotel z duszą, położony w centrum, kuchnia na wysokim poziomie, ogólna ocena 10/10, i jakiś minus szukany na siłę zawsze się znajdzie np. mały telewizor, ale i tak nie zmienia to bardzo wysokiej ogólnej oceny.
