I got spoiled
Pros:

A true gem that exceeded my expectation. Heartful personnel, attention to every detail, quality breakfast, cosy rooms, comfortable amenities and even small gym available. Rarely I get that spoiled when on business trips in France.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel de caractère, à deux pas du centre -ville. Très ancien, il a été complètement restauré dans un style à la fois cosy et chic, plutôt épuré. Belles matières.
Excellent accueil, les propriétaires sont charmants et ont une belle démarche (privilégier les produits locaux, éviter les déchets inutiles genre bouteille en plastique, installer des bornes de recharge pour les voitures électriques). Bar très sympathique. Excellent petit dej avec produits locaux de qualité.
La chambre réservée était très agréable, spacieuse, confortable.

Pros:

Room, staff, location and ambiance in the hotel was very good. The room was so cozy and the bed was comfortable--very soft!! The AC was working well and the water pressure was great!

Absolut empfehlenswert für einen Besuch in Bourg-en-Bresse
Pros:

Das Hotel ist ein stilvoll renoviertes altes Gebäude und unterscheidet sich wohltuend von Hotelketten. Das gesamte Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung ist technisch auf dem neuesten Stand. Die Inhaber und das Personal sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Die Lage am Rande der Altstadt ist sehr gut, die Unterkunft ist ruhig und kostenlose Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Wir haben zum zweiten Mal dort übernachtet und kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer wäre ein Duschvorhang wünschenswert gewesen.
