Please note that the restaurant is closed from May to November.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Had what we needed for our ski trip
Pros:

Our room with nicely maintain and clean every day. Great job to their staff. They were extremely friendly and helpful. The ski storage room had bars that warm up the boots while you kept them there overnight. The location is very convenient. Breakfast included we appreciate that it was included. Two minute walk to the lift, the Wi-Fi was not reliable, barely working most days. Also, very loud can hear things outside in the streets.

Brilliantly central hotel with nice old alpine feel, in a marvellous resort for skiing
Pros:

Brilliant central location, a few steps to the lifts
lovely communal areas, lots of fun to be in the bar in the evenings

Cons:

Decor is a bit old in the bedrooms and bathroom, but fairly typical alpine ski accommodation

Property needs to be modernized
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and walking distance to lifts.

Cons:

Property advertised as a 4 star hotel. Was in reality 2 star . Bathrooms old and need of updating. Hot water in sink was nonexistent. Shower was small . No shelves to place soap and shampoo. Furniture was thread bare. In desperate need of an upgrade. Breakfast was nothing special. Dinner was a good value.
