The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.
A minor pint but both my wife and I found the pillows to be uncomfortable- I know this can often be personal choice.
Location is great with the bus stop just outside the hotel for easy access to Brighton

The restaurant food was very good and waiting staff very efficient and polite, the bed in the room was very comfortable and the room large and well equipped.
We were in room 103 and could hear all the noise from the kitchen as situated right outside the kitchen door, so could here banging music and the air conditioning, asked the manager when it would end and was informed 11pm the kitchen closed at 11.30 the sound did not it was a very loud buzzing from commercial fridges on the other side of the wall, we asked to change rooms but non available and looked at trying to get another hotel but not practical at that time off night, finally fell asleep around 2am to be awoken an 6.30 by the kitchen staff. arrghhh
Breakfast was lovely
Noise from outside. Excessive road noise despite having the extra glass on the inside of the windows. There was also a woman screaming outside by the roadside and banging on the outside doors hence we both had very disturbed sleeps. No sign of any security or staff made me feel very anxious all night.
There is nowhere to get extra milk etc as no one about at just after 11pm when we arrived back after our theatre trip so could not have a bed time drink or one when we woke up. If we had know we would of asked for extra when we arrived to check in.
Breakfast was fantastic. Room was quirky, much more interesting than a boring hotel room.
No decaffeinated tea. No apology, both members of staff to whom I spoke simply said it was not provided.
Expensive.
Satnav took us through back street and told us to enter via blocked-off entrance. We then had to turn right on a dangerous junction.
I reported a nonworking hand dryer within a toilet cubicle. When it was still not working the following morning I reported it again and was told that somebody would have to come to fix it. But the hotel staff had not thought to put a notice on the cubicle door.

1 st room had to bigger step into bathroom , windows didn’t open or close properly , beds were uncomfortable, Didn’t replace tea and coffee that we used
, Ended stay early as was so bad.
