Pros:

We enjoyed our stay with lovely view of Mt Fuji so we can decide going out for taking photos or not even in the early morning.

We were comfortable and the staff were helpful. The location was good, but 2 km from station.
Pros:

The hotel is in a quiet location with a view of Mt Fuji. The room was sufficiently spacious. The courtesy bus transported us from the train station to the hotel and returned us to the station when we checked out.
Staff were helpful and restaurants were close by. We were able to walk to lake Kawaguchiko.

Cons:

There were steep stairs to the second floor and we had to carry our luggage up and down. Somewhat dangerous coming down the stairs.
We are older people and we needed chairs in the room. It was difficult getting up and down off the floor. (The chairs that were provided were flat on the ground - no legs).

外出時に駐車場スポットは確保されるかと特に確認したのに、戻った時にはスポットがとられていた。その時フロント営業時間を過ぎており無人。営業時間外の対応についてチェックイン時に説明ナシ。フロントですか周りを自分で探して連絡先を発見し連絡するも返信遅い。
男性浴場の浴槽に膝下くらいまでしかおゆがたまっていなかった

Very good view of Mt Fuji from room.
Pros:

Staff were nice since this is our 3rd time staying during this 2 months trip.

We enjoyed the hospitality that they will understand our needs and try their best to help.

Also the view of Mt Fuji were amazing. We can check the visibility right through room's window so to decide going out chasing Mt Fuji sunrise or not.
Nearby is already 八木崎公園where we took the picture of Mt Fuji Moon and full bloom Cherry Blossom!!
