Pros:

De kamer was fantastisch, groot met keuken.

Cons:

Dat wat warm hoort te zijn bij het ontbijt was allemaal koud, alsof de eieren, roereieren en worstjes uit de koelkast kwamen. De warmhoudt bakken stonden volgens mij niet aan. We verbleven met onze hond en er was geen extra ruimte bij het ontbijt waar je met je hond kan zitten. Wij kunnen onze hond helaas niet alleen laten dus moesten dan op en neer lopen en eten op de kamer. Vond het allemaal wat onpersoonlijk.

Pros:

So sollte ein Hotel sein: Wasserkocher, Tee, Tasse alles vorhanden. Wasser im Kühlschrank und an der Reception! Das Fahrrad wurde im Keller in einem eigens dafür bereitgestelltem Raum sicher untergebracht! ;-) Das Badezimmer war außergewöhnlich sauber! Frühstück gut mit leckerem Kaffee! In der Nacht war es ruhig, man konnte bei offenem Fenster gut schlafen!

Exceptional hotel with and even exceptional staff.
Pros:

A hidden gem, and an amazing, relaxing stay.
The hotel seems a bit small from the outside, but don’t judge a book by its cover. The rooms are exceptionally large, the beds are very comfortable, and everything in the rooms feels clean and well maintained. The bathrooms too are very clean and well furnished. Also, there is a Free parking!
The breakfast is really good, and they make fresh bread for the buffet.
Lastly, the staff is very cooperative and extremely humble.
We checked in late night, but they waited for us, and made our check in super smooth and easy.
And to top it off, they offered us a spare room at no extra cost since they felt I would be more comfortable, as we were 3 people in 1 room, even though the family room was already way too big for the three of us.
I’m definitely staying here again.

Familiekamer is ruim en schoon.

Pros:

The hotel is nice and comfortable; we had an AC in the room which was great during the heatwave. There were plenty bottles of water available to drink. The breakfast was all right. The hotel is not far from Basel, and the train station was right in front.

Cons:

We couldn't get into the hotel, as we had not received a code beforehand, so we had to call them upon our arrival and receive instructions over the phone of how to access the room.
We could not open the window stores in our room.
