This hotel is in a lovely setting with spectacular views of the Loch.
Quality of food was excellent and good choice at breakfast . Room had qood views of Loch and was very comfortable. Staff were very helpful.
We booked a Heritage Double room with Loch View and unfortunately the bathroom is very very small and as myself and my husband are not slight in build it was unacceptable and we were found another room which was much better although it was a bath with overhead shower but a much better size. I was a bit disappointed in not having robes provided in the rooms and also felt the swimming pool was a long walk from the hotel and no jacuzzi and needed a bit of TLC.
The hotel and staff were great. It has a relaxing aura, with plenty of activities as a good gym, pool and spa. The restaurants were very good too.
The magic ingredient is the staff, it has a personal and individual feel in terms of customer service and engagement. We stayed four nights and it was perfect

Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen und die Aussicht auf den Loch ist wunderschön. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilft einem gerne weiter. In der Unterkunft gibt es alles was man braucht. Die Ausstattung passt super zum Gebäude.
Teilweise ist die Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen (Heritage Zimmer). Auch dem Spa Bereich würde eine Renovation gut tun.
Zeer aardig personeel, met name een vrouw die ook Nederlands kon bij de receptie. We hebben heerlijk gegeten in het hotel. Je kunt er ook fietsen huren en een prachtig rondje om het meer fietsen.
De spa is erg verouderd. Zwarte schimmel op het toilet daar.

We loved everything BUT in room 112 (fantastic view) there was a lot of foot traffic above which broke our sleep
Very nice restructured rooms, big but well managed location.
SPA not at the level of the rest: in a separate building, some revamping needed and barefoot people (no flip/flop provided and no advice to bring our own)

Wonderful location with stunning views of the loch and mountains. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Food in both restaurants excellent. Large room and bathroom. All very clean. Spa facilities good.
The gym wasn’t within the hotel but a short walk away.
