Book it, you won’t be disappointed
Pros:

Absolutely everything! The beach is absolutely beautiful, the staff were beyond amazing- there was literally no request they couldn’t help with. The location is absolutely incredible. This was the absolute highlight of our trip to Cambodia and I would recommend it to absolutely everyone.

Cons:

I would just be mindful that this accommodation is a bit of a distance from the main strip, but it’s worth it for the accommodation.

A beautiful, heartwarming stay, I’ll always remember.
Pros:

We loved everything about this property. The staff was an absolute delight to have conversations with. They are extremely caring, warm and kind. Their friendly hotel kitten was quite adorable and the property was beyond beautiful. The rooms were nice and spacious and the food was excellent as well. We had the best holiday here and will definitely come back to this hotel.

A great place to be
Pros:

The staff were excellent, very courteous and always ready to help. The food served was par excellent and the cottage styled bungalow room was very well designed. Over all it was value for money spent and pagoda beach was pristine and prime virgin territory with a plethora of bioluminescence plankton for which koh rong is famous.

Cons:

Liked everything.

Fantastic Beach Front Hotel
Pros:

We had an excellent stay at You and Me Koh Rong and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.
The highlight of the property is undoubtedly its beautiful beachfront. The white sand beach is stunning, the water is crystal clear, and the overall setting is exactly what you would hope for on a tropical island. The pool is also fantastic and offers a great place to unwind while enjoying the views.
The food was good, with a decent selection of options, and the staff were attentive and eager to help throughout our stay.
We did encounter an issue when we arrived, as the air conditioner in our room was not working properly. The team responded promptly and made several attempts to fix it. When it became clear that the issue could not be resolved, they arranged for us to move to another room, which we appreciated.
While the initial inconvenience was unfortunate, the way the staff handled the situation reflected their commitment to guest satisfaction. Combined with the beautiful beach, excellent pool, and attentive service, it made for a memorable stay.
Overall, a wonderful resort and one of the best places to stay in Koh Rong.

Bad experience. Several improvements needed.

Nice swimming pools and good food.

Cons:

Most of the staff, including customer service, spoke extremely poor English. Organizing even the simplest request became an exhausting and frustrating experience. Something as basic as booking a taxi turned into a stressful ordeal because nobody seemed capable of communicating clearly or consistently. Sometimes we need a long speach just to book an easy taxi.

Almost every service offered by the hotel was absurdly overpriced for the quality provided. There was absolutely no justification for the prices they charged.

The hotel feels completely mismanaged. Different staff members constantly gave us contradictory information and conflicting solutions regarding our plans, creating unnecessary confusion and stress throughout our stay. Despite repeatedly insisting on following a precise schedule, their incompetence resulted in us arriving at the airport 6 hours before our flight.

To make matters worse, the taxi driver arranged by the hotel didn’t even have change, forcing us to overpay for the service.

The room was not soundproof at all. We could clearly hear conversations, noises, and movements from the neighboring room as if the walls didn’t exist.

The bathroom usually get floated due to its structure.

Even the housekeeping service was poorly organized. On multiple occasions we were left with fewer towels than the number of guests in the room, which perfectly reflects the overall lack of professionalism and attention to detail of this hotel.

Relaxing, service oriented resort
Pros:

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Truly right on beach with nice beach chairs, pillows and even sand/beach toys for kids available to guests. Pool was very nice as well. Staff was amazing- friendly, helpful and just nice to talk to. Breakfast was ok and restaurant was very good although do wish coffee was better. Appreciated library of books guests left that you could take. And being able to go to The One resort next door for their pool/ meals was a bonus. So why is this not a 5? You cannot make the room dark in the morning - the sun will come in. The bathroom is small and ventilated into the room. And the sun umbrellas by the the pool are beautiful but they are not a solid material. They are wide macrame so the sun comes through. Loved loved that each room had a small hose by door to wash off the sand from your feet before going inside. On the whole, we were very happy with our stay here.
