Pros:

le personnel très disponible, accueillant, souriant, courtois et sympathique,

Cons:

l'hôtel est situé à un carrefour, croisement de 2 routes très fréquentées, donc beaucoup de bruit et de plus les chambres sont très mal insonorisées.

Pros:

Good location and lovely building.

Cons:

Showerhead was broken, and bin in toilet didn't open properly. Breakfast also very average. If you stay on one of the lower levels you make hear things from rooms above. Sound also travelled up the stairs.
