Perfect location in Desenzano
Pros:

Location. Right on the Lake in a quieter section of the Promenade. Our room was a first floor walk-out in a small courtyard. Just walk down a few steps and we were in the Promenade. Only a five minute walk to the shops and restaurants, fort and ferry. Front desk staff was friendly. Bathroom was spacious.

Cons:

I wish it had a full service restaurant on site. The bar has a light lunch menu but it is only served for two-three hours at a time when most people are out sight-seeing. Breakfast was fine, but not as many options as we typically have experienced throughout Europe.
I wish it offered a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. It cost us over 200 euro for roundtrip taxi to and from Verona Airport.

It was a really great break, peaceful and beautifully located!
Pros:

Really well located, was an easy walk into town. Amazing that it was a lake front property meaning you could swim in the lake with ease. Rooms were spacious and it was lovely to be able to have breakfast outside on the terrace. The views were just incredible.

Cons:

The rooms can be a bit noisy at times as the doors aren't very sound proof so you do hear people in the passage and hear when doors are closed etc

Pros:

Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich gut, das Frühstücksbüffet inklusive der Terrasse zum frühstücken waren hervorragend. Nettes Personal und gute saubere Zimmer.
