Really happy, lovely hotel

Maybe being able to order drinks and food to the pool via an app so you do not have to get up!

Lido by the lake
Pros:

The lady on Reception was so helpful and friendly. The room was lovely, very clean and a big comfy bed. The balcony had a lovely view over the lake. Lots of sun loungers and very quiet . .

Cons:

The amount of steps and the initial step down into the pool is very deep making it difficult for those of us with hip problems. A single handrail would help tremendously.

Amazing views and location!
Pros:

Location, staff friendly and great breakfast! The pool area was nice too. View amazing onto the lake!

Cons:

The sofa bed was not very comfortable.

Definitely coming back here. What a wonderful property!
Pros:

Stunning location, exceptional views, a great breakfast spread (the best scrambled eggs I have ever tasted anywhere in the world), close enough to the main square and buzz of Desenzano, yet far enough away to be tranquil and absolutely peaceful. A short walk takes you to the busier areas. I must mention waitress Elena and Front Desk Manager La Sig. Stefania. Both truly wonderful and helpful.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike.

Konum fena değildi.

Cons:

Bölge zaten çok sinekli. Ancak sadece bölge değil oda içerisinde birçok sinek, karıncalar, bir adet örümcek vardı. Yataktan ölü bir arı çıktı. Böyle olunca konaklamamızdan 1 gece erken ayrıldık. Ücretini iade etmek bir yana city tax için ayrıca ödeme istendi. Odadaki böceklerden ve eşime alerji yaptıklarından bahsettiğimde resepsiyondaki hanımefendi açıkça "bizim problemimiz değil" dedi. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum 15 günlük İtalya tatilimdeki en büyük pişmanlığım.

Grundsätzlich gut und angenehm. Saubere Zimmer an guter Lage.
Pros:

Es hat uns gut gefallen. Das Personal wahr sehr höflich und konnten uns zu jeder Zeit Helfen.
Der 4 Sterne Standart haben wir gehobener erwartet. Es war aber zu jeder Zeit sauber und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Der 4 Serne Standart hätten wir uns gehobener vorgestellt. Die Möblierung ist eher veraltet in den Zimmern. Wir hätten für die Lage und bessere Zimmer gerne etwas mehr bezahlt.

Pros:

La gentilezza Stefania reception.

Cons:

Aver pagato più di 200 euro per una notte e aver avuto la camera con perdite di acqua dal termosifone, tamponata con delle asciugamani. Per quel prezzo la stanza deve essere impeccabile.

Fabulous location,friendly staff & highly recommended.
Pros:

Lakeside location, nice & quiet but a short walk into the main town Friendly staff especially Stephano on Reception always helpful & chatty & Manuel in the pool bar, excellent personal service & attention to detail.

Schönes Hotel mit Blick zum See, Parkmöglichkeit gegen Gebühr, alles sauber.
Pros:

Die Lage ist top. Zimmer sind sauber. Personal ist freundlich.

Cons:

Nach dem Duschen ist alles nass, kein Gefälle, damit das Wasser abläuft.
Kein Grau-oder Schwarzbrot beim Frühstück, noch nicht mal Weißbrot. Immer nur die kleinen Brötchen und Weiß- oder Graubrot zum Toasten.
