Location and lift

The location is great - within walking distance of my drop-off point when I arrived in Vietnam from Cambodia. Very convenient. At night, the hotel is quiet, and I slept well. The room has everything. It has comfortable and clean beds. Warm shower. Working A/C and a fan. What I enjoyed most: it has a dedicated workspace for a laptop.

The owners are nice and friendly, there's even a lift in the hotel. Room is clean and very near to almost anywhere in district 1. They even allowed me to leave my luggage without any additional charge for 3 days because i went to vung tau. And also they alllowed me to check in early

1인당 9,000원 정도의 가격이라 큰 기대 없이 이용했는데, 가격을 생각하면 꽤 합리적인 숙소였어요.

새벽 2시쯤 도착했는데도 체크인이 가능했습니다. 물론 늦은 시간이라 문이 다 잠겨 있어서 주인분을 깨워야 했지만, 그래도 체크인할 수 있어서 다행이었어요.

☆그리고 엘레베이터가 있어요!!☆

시설 자체는 오래된 편이라 낡은 느낌은 있지만, 전체적으로 깨끗하게 관리되고 있었고 숙소 상태도 생각보다 괜찮았습니다. 수압도 무난했고요. 특히 이 가격이라면 잠깐 쉬어가는 0.5박 숙소로 이용하기에는 충분히 합리적이라고 생각합니다.

주인분들도 친절하게 응대해주셔서 좋았어요.

다만 카드로 결제할 경우 10% 수수료가 추가되니, 결제할 때 이 부분은 미리 참고하시는 게 좋을 것 같아요.

전체적으로 가격 대비 만족도는 괜찮았고, 늦은 시간 도착해서 잠깐 머물 숙소를 찾는다면 추천할 만합니다.

Modesto, pero cama muy cómoda y habitación amplia, dispone de gel y champú. Al ser habitación interior no oyes nada de ruido

Die Besitzerin war wirklich super nett, konnte schon um 12 Uhr einchecken. Das Zimmer war für mich groß genug und was mir gut gefiel, das Zimmer war sehr sauber!
Die Dusche schön groß und auch sehr sauber.
Preis Leistung einfach gut!
Werde wiederkommen.

The location (in the so called Back Packers' Quarter) is great - slap bang in the middle of District 1: 10 minutes walk to Ben Thanh Market, 15-20 to Nguyên Hue and Opera House.

Value for money - clean rooms, decent size, air-conditioning that works well, tv, with a range of western channels.

The guys who run this place are lovely, so warm and hospitable. They are one of the reasons I have been going back for several years.

Struttura accogliente con uno staff molto gentile e disponibile. La posizione è perfetta, super centrale.

Es un hostal sencillo. El personal es amable y, aunque llegamos y nos fuimos a horas intempestivas (de madrugada) no nos pusieron ningún problema. Son gente mayor y muy acogedora.
La ubicación es muy buena, al lado de la calle de fiesta, pero lo suficiente para que no moleste para dormir.

I have stayed at his place may times and it has always been a source of comfort for me. It is in an excellent locaton close to the busy walking street but tucked away up a little alley so it is quiet enough at night. The family that run it are always welcomig and very helpful. I shall return!!!!!!
