Pros:

Tolles Hotel und die Lage absolut super. Privatstrand einfach top.

Cons:

Das meiste Personal war sehr freundlich, leider gab es auch nicht so freundliches Personal.

موقع ممتاز وموظفون ودودون، لكن مستوى الخدمات والتجهيزات لا يرقى إلى فندق 4 نجوم
Pros:

جميع الموظفين ودودين، موقع ممتاز يبعد 10 دقايق تقريبا سيرا عن سنتر ليموني دي قاردا، ويبعد عن ليفا دي قاردا 20 دقيقة تقريبا بالسيارة، الشقة نظيفة.

Cons:

الغرفة صغيرة جدًا ولا تكاد توفر مساحة كافية لوضع الحقائب، الشرقة إطلالتها على واجهة الفندق ليست الأفضل، كما أن الخصوصية في الشرفة ضعيفة لأن المارة يستطيعون رؤيتك بسهولة عندما تكون في الشرفة. كذلك فإن عزل الغرف ضعيف جدا بالإضافة إلى ذلك, لا يوفر الفندق مستلزمات أساسية مثل فرشاة ومعجون الأسنان، ولا مياه شرب مجانية، ولا غلاية، ولا آلة لتحضير القهوة. بشكل عام، مستوى الخدمات والتجهيزات لا يرقى إلى فندق مصنف 4 نجوم، والقيمة مقابل السعر ليست كما هو متوقع.

Wir waren rund um super zufrieden!

Super Lage, freundliches Personal und wunderbares Zimmer!

Cons:

Leider mussten wir jeden Früh im Speiseraum erst fragen wo wir Platz nehmen dürfen, da alle Tische für Gäste die Abendessen mit gebucht haben fest reserviert waren. Wir haben nur mit Frühstück gebucht und mussten so jeden Morgen den Restaurantleiter fragen wo wir uns im Speiseraum platzieren dürfen. Das war sehr lästig.

La simpatia è la cordialità del receptionist matteo veramente una bella persona

Absolute Empfehlung!
Pros:

Perfekt, wirklich absolut perfekt. Die Lage ist super, es ist wirklich ein kleines Paradies, der Pool mit Blick auf den See und auf die Berge war perfekt zum abkühlen, danach an den Hauseigenen Strand, die Pussy Cat Bar ist am Abend auch ein kleines Highlight. Wir hatten ein so so tolles Zimmer mit großem Balkon und Blick auf den See, Pool, und die Berge. Ich war noch nie so begeistert von einem Hotel.

Im großen und Ganzen ganzen war es in Ordnung

Der Service die Lage das Personal

Cons:

Das Frühstück da dort große Unterschiede gemacht werden zwischen nur Frühstück und Halbpension. Das Frühstück war nicht abwechslungsreich,es gab jeden Tag das gleiche.
