Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - vielen Dank !
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut - das Frühstück ist super - tolle Tiefgarage (aber etwas eng)
Verdunklungsvorhänge sehr gut mitgedacht !

Cons:

Telefonanlage ging nicht - keine Verbindung zur Rezeption möglich
kaum Wasserdruck auf den Duschen (das mag ggf. Wasser sparen, dafür brauchst du länger)

Nie wieder Landhaus Carstens. Hat mir meinen Urlaub ruiniert!
Cons:

sehr enttäuschend .Einzelzimmer über booking gebucht. das Zimmer war in der 2ten Etage, nur über eine schmale Treppe zu erreichen. Kein Aufzug im hause. Für Gäste mit Rollator sehr beschwerlich. Das Zimmer entsprach nicht den Erwartungen. 13 Tag für knapp 3000 Euro. dafür keine Sitzgelegenheit, zum Fernsehen musste man sich auf das Bett legen. Dusche war so enge, man konnte nur seitlich ein-und aussteigen. Der Kleiderraum war über eine Stufe zu betreten, die durch den dunkeln Teppich und der schlechten Erkennbarkeit( noch nicht mal gekennzeichnet) nicht zu sehen war. Das hatte zur Folge, dass ich gleich am ersten Tag gestürzt bin und mir eine Kopfwunde und eine Verletzung am Handgelenk zugezogen habe. das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis steht in keiner Relation. 13 Tage- 3000 Euro , dafür ein kleines Zimmer mit enger Dusche für mobilitätseingeschränkte Menschen schwierig. Enttäuschend war der Umgang vom Hotel mit dem gemeldeten Sturz. Niemand hat es wirklich interessiert. sehr enttäuschend war die Erklärung. Da über Booking bebucht wurde, müsste man mit ungünstigeren Zimmer rechnen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut organisiert.Man hat Alles wie gewünscht bekommen und noch nachbestellen können.Das Hotel ist direkt en der Promenade. Das Hallenbad war toll.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr laut. Das lag wohl über der Küche. Auch die Nachbarn hat man gehört.

Pros:

Ein super freundliches Personal, vor allem die Mädels zum Frühstück. Die Idee das Frühstück mit einer Etagere an den Tisch zu bringen, ist super. Dadurch ist eine Ruhe beim Frühstück, keiner steht auf. Wenn mal etwas fehlt oder man einen Cappuccino möchte, es wird jeder Wunsch erfüllt ☺️. Die Lage zum Strand ist wunderbar und in 1Minute da. Und der Pool ist super schön 🤩.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Dachgeschoss, es war wirklich sauber, aber müsste dringend renoviert werden. Das Bad ist sehr alt.

A very good stay
Pros:

Location was very good. Very close to beach and to town. A pet friendly hotel and close to the dog beach too. Breakfast was very good and the hotel has a very good staff. Friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

The hotel has a new annex that is located appears to be more modern than the original hotel. We stayed in the original hotel and bathroom had a bathtub/shower. Not a fan of these and I could see older people having problems getting in and out of the tub to take a shower. I know my mother-in-law would.

Pros:

Wenn man Ruhe, freundliches Personal,ein gutes Bett,leckeres Essen , einen kleineren aber feinen Wellnessbereich sucht mit Schwimmbad . Ist man im LandhausCarstens richtig.Die Lage ist direkt an der Ostsee und lädt zur Entspannung ein.Nicht weit von der Timmendorfer Innenstadt. Dort kann man sich einfach treiben lassen. Perfekt!!!! Immer wieder gerne.Für uns ein Wohlfühlort!!!!
