Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.
Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen und eine angenehme Grösse. Unser Zimmer hatte auch einen kleinen Balkon mit schönen Geranien. Das Frühstück war lecker, mit guter Auswahl. Das Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich. Man fühlte sich nicht eifach wie Gast XY.

Cons:

Da wir mit einer älteren Dame mit Gehschwierigkeiten in den Ferien waren, waren die Eingangstufen ein kleines Abenteuer und für sie recht anstrengend. Der Lift beginnt erst nach diesen Stufen.

Sehr freundlicher Service, aber Abstriche an der Bequemlichkeit.
Pros:

Der Service war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet kommt ganz ohne Einwegverpackungen aus.

Cons:

Das Zimmer verfügte über ein Doppelbett, das nur über eine Seite aus zu nutzen war. Man muss sich also abends einigen, wer als erster aufstehen möchte. Insgesamt war das Zimmer recht beengt. Im Flur war kein Lichtschalter zu finden, so dass die Bewegung im Hotel nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit nicht angenehm war.

Von der Auswahl des Frühstücks waren wir positiv überrascht
und auch dass wir eine Karte für den öffentlichen
Regio Verkehrsverbund für die Dauer unseres Aufenthalts bekommen haben.

Friendly, clean, safe for lone female travellers.
Pros:

Wonderful location and ever so helpful staff. We were made welcome, given local information and were kindly allowed to store our luggage for a few hours after check-out. The breakfast was wonderful, both continental, full English and providing a lovely variety of local foods to sample.

I loved that the hotel was both within walking distance to the train station and the old town, but loved the helpful and kind owners and staff more. The budget room was exceptionally tidy and clean. Everyone was wonderfully friendly! What is more is that I appreciated being able to take breakfast in a leafy yard.

However, what stands out most to me is the attention to detail in the way of a personal touch.

Cons:

If I must quibble, I'll pre-face: I stayed on a an exceptionally hot night. So, I would advise to guests to consider that there is no air conditioning and no mini-fridge in the budget rooms, if they require those.

Super Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es war sehr sauber und sehr nahe vom BHF gelegen. Das Frühstück ist inkludiert und war sehr reichhaltig. Die Lage war super und in der Nacht sehr ruhig.Immer wieder gerne.

Nettes, gutes Hotel in der Innenstadt
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage. 450m vom Bahnhof, doch Seitengasse in der Innenstadt, also ruhiger. Alles schnell erreichbar, EDEKA auch ca 70m. Das Personal ist unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Richtige Gastfreundschaft. Frühstück sehr lecker, nett im Garten sitzend unter dem Baum. Erfüllen mögliche Wünsche, Bedürfnisse. Habe mit Zöliakie extra Brot bekommen, sogas sehr leckeres, frisch gebacken. Also die Leistung ist sehr sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind sauber, nach 3* ausgestattet. Internet gut. Mangel Klimaanlage bekommt man einen Ventilator. Sehr empfehlenswert für Kurzurlaub in der Innenstadt. Preis Leistung total ok.

Cons:

Die Matratze war schon älter und zu zu weich in der Mitte ohne Halt, ich konnte nicht schlafen weil der Rücken weh getan hat. Und war unfassbar heiß, angefühlt ca 28Grad im Zimmer.

Guter Aufenthalt in Freiburg i.B
Pros:

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Lage ideal um Freiburg zu erkunden oder das Stadttheater zu besuchen.
Professioneller Empfang.; mit einem Lächeln zur Begrüssung hätte es locker noch einen Punkt dazu gegeben.

Cons:

Alles war gut, mit einer Klimaanlage (31°C Tageshöchst Temperatur) wäre es perfekt gewesen.

Ich wurde positiv überrascht und habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Altstadt. Die Hotelbetreiber sind echte Gastgeber, das merkt man an vielen Details, wie z. B. das liebevoll zubereitete Frühstück, der DVD-Verleih, das freundliche Willkommen. Immer wieder wird man positiv überrascht, zum Beispiel durch das sehr leckere Frühstück.

Cons:

Das Bad könnte etwas größer sein - ich könnte aber auch etwas abnehmen.

Perfekte Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für uns. Ganz toller Service!
Pros:

Perfekt für uns - Preis-Leistung sehr gut. Zentral gelegen und guter und freundlicher Service. Zimmer sauber. Tolles Frühstück. Ideal für Zugreisende, da nicht weit vom Bahnhof entfernt, aber dennoch schön ruhig und am Rand der Altstadt gelegen.
