Great hotel and great service
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our stay, which made us feel very welcome.

The breakfast was very good, with a nice selection, and the location of the hotel is excellent — very convenient and perfect for exploring the area.

Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

Great stay in Monterosso.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable room, with everything you need. Staff were very helpful. Included breakfast was very extensive.

Pros:

La disponibilité et l accueil du personnel étaient très agréables et pertinents. Le petits déjeuners étaient variés et copieux. Le petit bacon de la chambre complétait le confort bien présent dans la résidence.

Cons:

l incivilité de certaines familles n a pas permis de pleinement profiter de la piscine. La fontaine à eau disposée à l extérieur nous a contraint à descendre au rez de chaussée puis sortir du bâtiment pour remplir sa gourde puisque des bouteilles d’eau n ont pas été laissées à disposition.

El desayuno no está mal pero por ejemplo, los huevos revueltos son dulces, están hechos con leche y no me gustaron; pero cogí el huevo cocido. El resto bien pero sin demasiada variedad

Cons:

Todo estaba muy bien cuidado y muy limpio todo; quizá el no repostar papel wc cada día fue un fallo

- moderne aber dennoch gemütliche Zimmergestaltung
- kleine Zusatzfeatures: Wasser vom Brunnen, USB-Ladeanschluss am Bett incl. Handyhalterung, Wäscheleine
- reichhaltiges Frühstück incl. Ausblick im schönen Frühstücksbereich
- ansprechender und gepflegter Poolbereich incl. Garten
- Lage - nah am Meer und der Strandpromenade und doch ruhig
- sehr aufmerksames aber unaufdringliches Personal

Cons:

Its not expected to have a receptionist in the hotel mainly for tourists who barely can speak english.
On arrival she was not able even to find our reservation.
The room was very small and old

Comfortable and great location
Pros:

The pool to come back to after a day in the villages. The proximity ti the train station. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Tables left uncleared and not reset at breakfast so couldn’t sit outside on occasions. Also slow to fill up the cooked breakfast trays

Locatie is top, op loopafstand van alles, boulevard, trein en boten. Goed ontbijt en diner. Prijs kwaliteit erg goed.

Espectacular para relajar
Pros:

Todo impecable, las habitaciones, el parque alrededor, la zona de la piscina y la atención del personal. El desayuno, destacado, es excelente, variado.

Cons:

Si tenes movilidad reducida el acceso puede complicarse un poco si vas cargado con valijas desde la estación de tren.

Pretty spot for my short stop here.
Pros:

What a pretty spot a short distance from the beach and all. The single bed room is something you don’t see very often and it was lovely. It was well laid out with a big balcony and a fabulous view of the sea.

Excellent stay and would recommend
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. The staff were friendly and professional and the breakfast was fantastic.

Cons:

The steep hill to access reception was a bit surprising. Some sort of service to help bring luggage up would be welcomed by visitors I'm sure!
