Il portiere di notte non ci ha spiegato nulla riguardo l'hotel, come funziona l'wifi oppure l'ora del checkout, ecc. Poi voleva tenersi i nostri documenti durante la notte per "registrarli" quando poteva semplicemente farlo davanti a noi, e ha proprio insistito di tenersi questi documenti. Poi un volta entrati in camera abbiamo notato che c'era un asciugamano solamente, e sono dovuto scendere di nuovo in reception a chiedere un altro, quando ho visto i nostri documenti buttati là sulla sua scrivania, e gli ho chiesto di registrarli in quel momento per poterli prendere e lo ha fatto in meno di 5 minuti, quindi non capisco perché voleva tenerseli durante la notte.
La mattina ho notato che la camera era piena di formiche.
La colazione è molto povera.
La receptionist della mattina non ci ha nemmeno chiesto com'è andata.
Direi che ci sono molte cose da migliorare in questo albergo. Mai più.

Személyzet kedves és segítőkész volt, szobacserét is megoldották, hogy ne franciágy legyen hanem két külön ágy. Reggeli is rendben volt, Kerékpárok egy zárt tárolóban a garázs elkerített részében pihentek éjszaka. Légkonidicionálóval rendelkező szobák, törölközővel pipere holmikkal, tágas zuhanyzóval.
