Grande réactivité du personnel quand il manquait quelque chose ou lorsque le jacuzzi ne marchait pas

Pros:

I couldn’t imagine better accommodations for a stay in Monteverde. Amazing location. Perfect place to watch the sunset, whether in the hot tub, the indoor, swinging, hammock chairs or the lookout bench over the trees. Workable kitchen was a huge plus.

Realmente espectacular....sin querer habíamos reservado una habitación inferior y nos hicieron todo y sin problemas ninguno por la que Realmente buscamos....es simplemente un paraíso entre la tranquilidad y la luz del ambiente...servicios, jacuzzi, todo...sin lugar a dudas volvería mil veces

Pros:

Der Ausblick ist super schön. Konnten jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang anschauen. Es war sehr sauber und das Bett war schön groß. Uns hat es gut gefallen.
Wir hatten zwei Geckos im Zimmer die die ganzen Mücken gefressen haben. Ob das jetzt gut oder schlecht ist kann jeder selbst beurteilen. Uns hat es nicht gestört.

Cons:

Die Tür schließt unten nicht sauber ab was dazu führt, dass sämtliche kleine Tierchen den Weg herein finden. So hatten wir eine Auswahl an Insekten in der Wohnung und mussten die Tür dann provisorisch mit Küchenpapier abdichten. Danach kamen keine Insekten mehr rein. Das sollte dringend behoben werden.
