Pros:

Krásné klidné místo, nerušící stavby a dobré sladěné s okolím. Milý personál, vybavení pokoje a jeho praktičnost byla mimořádná.

Cons:

Trochu nejasná domluva v personálu, když jsme žádali o možnost s sebou koupit báječný chleba. Každý nám řekl a pak udělal něco jiného. Ale snažili se.

Pros:

Sehr gutes Essen, zum Frühstück, Jause und Abendessen. Auch die Bedienung war stets sehr freundlich und schnell unterwegs und haben immer grossen Einsatz gezeigt die Wünsche zu erfüllen. Die Wellnesslandschaft war sehr schön und ruhig. Sehr schönes Konzept mit dem Kräuterhof.

A beautiful family-run boutique hotel with an exceptional focus on guests’ needs
Pros:

The beauty of this hotel is perfectly captured in the photos — it truly looks just as stunning in person. What impressed us the most, however, was the genuine care for guests at every step of our stay.

We would especially like to thank the staff for preparing a special supper just for us, along with delicious local tea, when we arrived after a long journey and the buffet was already closed. This thoughtful gesture meant a lot to us.

It’s exactly these kinds of details that set exceptional, family-run boutique hotels apart from large chain hotels.

idealne miejsce na narty na lodowcu Stubai
Pros:

to już nasz 3 pobyt w tym hotelu i na pewno wrócimy. Super obsługa (zawsze pamiętają o urodzinach gościa ;-), pyszne jedzenie (w tym podwieczorki), Bardzo wygodny pokój. Basen z możliwością wypłynięcia na zewnątrz to wyróżnik. W części SPA napoje ciepłe i zimne oraz jabłka. Do dolnej stacji kolei linowej Stubai - autem ok 20 min. Ale zaraz obok jest przystanek skibusa. Był też bus hotelowy i ludzie nim jeździli - ale nie wiem na jakie zasadzie - my uzywaliśmy naszego auta.

Cons:

Tu są drobiazgi - trochę się czepiam: 1. brakowało mi zestawu do parzenia herbaty / kawy w pokoju. 2. Trochę mało miejsca na narty w ski-room - w sekcji dzielonej z gośćmi z innych pokojów.

Fantasticky hotel, nadherny design, dokonala cistota, skvely personal, profesionalni pan majitel a opravdu krasne wellness. Zastavka skibusu pred hotelem. Parkovani zdarma, coz neni vzdy pravidlem.

Pros:

Великолепный новый, чистый отель, самый лучший полупенсион который я встречала. В следующем сезоне однозначно вернемся. Хоть это и семейный отель очень грамотно разделена территория так сказать детей и взрослых 😂и особую благодарность прошу передать официанту Джастину, самый дружелюбный официант во всей Австрии 😃

Wunderbar und mit viel Geschmack, wenn man alles nutzen kann
Pros:

Die Größe unseres Familienzimmers, die Ausstattung waren sehr gut, der Infinity Pool mit 34 Grad und Blick auf die schneebedeckten Berge, die Panoramasauna mit sehr angenehmen 80 Grad haben uns sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Leider hat sich mein Mann sowie jemand am Nachbartisch einen Darmvirus zugezogen und musste zwei Tage das Bett hüten. Schade um das schöne Essen, das dann leider ausfallen musste.
