Cons:

Im Bad mehrmals schlechter Geruch aus dem Abfluss, Balkon super geeignet zum Frühstücken, dort ist der Tisch leider super klein für 6 Personen

Pros:

AVOID THIS PLACE. This place is fraud. We booked for two nights and paid in full in advance. When we arrived at 9:45 PM at place there was no reception and it was self check in. The lady in cafe in building next door said there’s a code that guest usually need to put in. We were not given any code. We had to stay online and speak to host who finally answered and provided code. The code for the box to pick up the keys. But the box was empty. The host said it’s probably another guest picked up the keys. The host was not apologetic and rude. No sense of responsibility for treating guest like this. What kind of place is this that charges guests for a place but offers to multiple guests? We were tired after driving hours to get to this place. The host was unhelpful and we had to stay online the phone for 1 hour and 25 minutes to get refund and try to find another place. There was a google review saying exactly similar situation to ours and seems like this place continuing this fraud.

It was awesome!
Pros:

We loved our stay in the apartment hotel. The rooms are so spacious, clean and comfortable for the rate. The staff are so responsive. We initially booked 1 night, but then we wanted to extend another night before going to Munich, Nico was so friendly and extended the night right away for us and helped with the process until the end. We are so happy with our stay and will definitely stay here if we visit the area again.

Pros:

Appartement au calme avec une bonne literie et propre. Le balcon est appréciable. La localisation est pratique pour visiter l'île de la Meinau

Cons:

Manque d'ustensiles de cuisine, juste 2 fourchettes et couteaux, une seule casserole pas de couvercle. Prévoir des rideaux occultants pour la fenêtre de la chambre et un volet ou un store pour la fenêtre de la salle de bains car c'est une fournaise dans la salle de bains. Pas de capsules pour la cafetière, il serait bon d'en mettre au moins 4 pour l'arrivée.

Pros:

Квартира простора, ліжка зручні, балкон. В квартирі є все необхідне для комфортного перебування: кухня, посуд, сушка для білизни, кавоварка, чайник. Мило та гель для душу.

Cons:

1. Виселення до 10 години. Це зарано. Напередодні ми сильно втомилися (дорога прогулянки по Констанцу) і мали гостру потребу добре відпочити. 2. Відсутність в містечку продуктового супермаркету чи навіть невеликого магазину. Для подорожуючих без авто це велика проблема. 3.Ціна зависока ( але ми бронювали за 1 добу до поселення, тому можливо це через це).

Mangelnde Sauberkeit und schlechter Service

Die Unterkunft an sich ist schön und gut ausgestattet

Cons:

Bei unserer Ankunft war die Wohnung nicht ausreichend gereinigt. Auf den Spiegeln waren zahlreiche Fingerabdrücke und in den Ecken des Wohnzimmers befanden sich viele Fliegen, obwohl die Fenster geschlossen waren. Auch der Balkon war mit vielen Spinnen und Spinnweben ungepflegt und der Aschenbecher wurde nicht geleert.
Wir haben mehrfach versucht, den Vermieter über die Notfallnummer sowie mit 3 WhatsApp-Nachrichten zu erreichen, jedoch ohne Rückmeldung. Da uns niemand geholfen hat, mussten wir uns selbst im Restaurant nebenan einen Staubsauger ausleihen.
Der Zustand der Wohnung und die fehlende Erreichbarkeit des Vermieters haben dazu geführt, dass wir uns sehr unwohl gefühlt haben.

Schön war's!
Pros:

Wir fanden: Großzügige Räume und Balkone, schöner Empfang, schöne Aussicht auf das Bächlein, Grün und die niedliche Stadtsilhouette, auch wenn es an der Straße liegt. Ein schöner Stopp, Danke! Nächstes Mal probieren wir auch die Sauna.

Gerne wieder. Aber Versprechungen nicht halten, ist respektlos.

Super schönes Appartment. Toller Balkon, ruhig. Fahrradkeller., Parplätze.

Cons:

Leider hat mich direkt eine Wespe gestochen. Am Eingang des Fahrradkellers ein Wespennest. Trotz direkter Aufforderung und Zusage, wurde es nicht beseitigt. Frühstück wurde zwar als Option angepriesen, aber auf Nachfrage ebenfalls die Zusage zu klären, „wann und für welchen Preis zur Verfügung „ - doch keine Antwort mehr. Das Restaurant blieb geschlossen.

Gemütliche Unterkunft für die ganze Familie
Pros:

Die Unterkunft lag für uns perfekt und "zentral" gelegen. War aber absolut ruhig im Ort gelegen.
Wir haben uns mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern im Loft absolut wohl gefühlt.
Frühstücken kann man beim Bäcker nebenan oder einfach im Loft (dank voll ausgestatteter Küche und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe).
Parkplätze waren ebenfalls ausreichend vorhanden, und auch ein Aufzug.
Die Sauna sah super aus, auch wenn wir sie während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht genutzt haben.
Sollte es uns je wieder in die Gegend verschlagen, dann würden wir wieder hier nächtigen.

Cons:

Etwas wenig Toilettenpapier. Wurde nach Kontaktaufnahme aber sofort wieder aufgestockt und war damit wieder gut.

Stilvoll, geräumig und mit liebevollen Details
Pros:

Richtig angenehm, die Küchennische war mit Tee & Kaffee ausgestattet, Spülmittel und Geschirrtuch auch vorhanden 😊. Das Studio war unglaublich groß, sehr hell und schön. Der Balkon war auch super, Stühle mit Fußteil und auch die "Grenze" zum nächsten Balkon stilvoll mit Pflanzen gelöst - alles wunderbar!

Cons:

Leider war das WLAN-Signal sehr schwach und der Fernseher im Wohnzimmer hat kein Programm empfangen. Bei der Raumaufteilung fehlt eine Couch und man sollte überlegen das jetzt mitten im Wohnraum stehende Bett gegen eine Schlafcouch zu tauschen. Damit kann man den Wohnzimmerbereich wenigstens nutzen. Insgesamt handelt es sich um ene schöne Wohnung.
