Pros:

La ubicación y la calidad precio. La habitación es pequeña pero cómoda.

Cons:

El ruido que se oye por las mañanas. La mampara que cerraba cuando llegamos pero al día siguiente no cierra con lo que hay que secar suelo. La ventana del baño que no se puede abrir. La calor horrible en la habitación. No tiene nevera.

Nice place to stay with friendly staff.
Pros:

The room and bathroom were super clean. Staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Bus stop next to the hotel, but we loved walking everyday to the old town aprox 30 min.

Staff are Eager to help.
Pros:

The staff, particularly the woman from Cuba, were especially helpful. She went above and beyond our expectations to ensure we could find things we needed in the city. She even recommends stores we should check out to replace the items in our lost luggage. And we love that the large shopping mall is directly behind the hotel.
