Cockroaches/cucarachas!! In two rooms!!
Pros:

The location was ok but the place is loaded with bugs that get in to your rooms.

Cons:

Cockroaches/cucarachas! In 2 rooms! Had to move at 9 pm to another room and had them by my head on the floor at 1 a.m. in the new room. Had to sleep with the lights on all night. Checked out! They gave my only a partial refund for two more nights so they could keep all their booking.com fees and refused any refund for the horrible night I stayed there! Breakfast was also abysmal. Communication is very poor.

Pros:

Mooie ruime kamers, aangename wandelafstand van het centrum maar ook ideaal voor playa Mann. We hebben een nacht gewijzigd doordat we anders de must-see tour op Isabella zouden missen, voor hun was dat helemaal geen probleem. Echter door de wijziging had Booking zelf wel de initiële prijs duurder gemaakt maar bij Casa de Nelly hebben ze dat fantastisch opgelost en ons vergoed waar we heel dankbaar voor zijn. Top service!!

Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick; das haben wir total genossen. Wir hatten genügend Platz und es war hübsch eingerichtet. Der Garten ist ebenfalls sehr ansprechend und gemütlich gestaltet. Das Meer und das Zentrum sind schnell zu erreichen.

The view from the terrace on last floor was beautiful

Cons:

The shower temperature could not be regulated, there was no shampoo/conditioner, the air conditioner pointed directly onto us on the main bed so very uncomfortable to sleep unfortunately

Absolutely wonderful
Pros:

The staff was amazing - major shoutout to Gaby. The hotel was beautiful. With a cancelled flight and a lot of lost money, Casa de Nelly completely saved our San Cristobal experience.

非常农村招待所，房间小，床没有靠背，睡完身上会痒，洗手间门关不上，浴室帘子也很旧。刚进去没有杯子和吹风机，需要自己找员工要。总之不推荐来这家

Skønt og pænt hotel. Roligt kvarter, nemt at gå til alt.
Pros:

Lækkert værelse og vi havde et på øverste etage, så havde en smuk udsigt over vandet fra vores altan. God seng og der kan hentes vand i receptionen, så ikke nødvendigt at købe.

Cons:

Gardiner er meget lyse, så værelset bliver meget lyst, når solen står op. Men ikke noget en sovemaske ikke kan hjælpe på.

Basic no frills, overpriced for what it is
Pros:

AC worked, wasn't standout but functional, however it dripped water on the bed.
The shower had both shampoo and conditioner.
Location is convenient, short walk to anything you could need and being the Galapagos everything was safe.

Cons:

Upon check-in staff struggled to count money, ended up over charging, when going back to confirm the staff argued, but then gave back too much money, eventually we got it sorted but very unprofessional, not a great start.
The room was extremely basic, nowhere to place bags (luckily there was an extra bed). It wasn't the cleanest, dirty handprints were on the wall when we checked in.
The wifi was spotty at best, don't stay here if that's a must.
