Beautiful place to stay, highly recommend.
Pros:

Great location, beautiful room and view. Loved the pool, the staff and absolutely everything, we had a wonderful time at Hotel Helios.

I enjoyed my stay and it was made all the better by the staff

The staff were very helpful, the room was cleaned regurlaly and the breakfast was excellent

Ottima la colazione e il personale davvero cortese e disponibile

Cons:

Impossibile che un hotel 4 stelle non abbia il servizio ristorante la sera; la mia mamma di 96 añni che è stata mia ospite con la sua accompagnatrice ha molto patito per questo.

Lage, Lage, Lage !!!
Pros:

Die Lage mit dem See Zugang ist wundervoll!!

Cons:

Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen - Einzel - Zimmer Nr. 4 ist extrem klein (auch für nur eine Person)
Parken ist mit 30 Euro sehr hoch angesetzt.
Preis-Leistungsverhältniss beim Einzelzimmer nicht gut.

Отличное расположение! Все рядом, есть бассейн! Первая линия! Убирали комнату очень хорошо)

Cons:

Списали за parking (60€) за 2 суток! КОТОРОЙ МЫ НЕ ПОЛЬЗОВАЛИСЬ! Без предупреждения, списали с карты, каким образом мне не понятно. Просто пришло уведомление о списании. После разбирательств, возврат не предложили, только скидку при следующем заселении, только вот когда оно будет.. считаю это неправомерным!!! Рядом очень много парковок бесплатных на всю ночь. Рекомендую не уточнять у отеля о parking, если не хотите непредвиденных списаний 30€ в сутки!

La localisation, l'accès gratuit à la piscine avec transats, le ménage fait 2 fois par jour, la literie, le personnel

Cons:

Beaucoup de luminosité dans la chambre car pas de volets, petit déjeuner peu diversifié et pas fait maison

O atendimento é excepcional! A Sônia é incrível, muito simpática, atenciosa e gentil! O café da manhã é bom também e o ar condicionado funciona perfeitamente, o que as vezes é difícil na Europa
