El hotel es muy bonito, las habitaciones son cómodas y sobre todo bien calefaccionadas, el personal es super amable y atento, el desayuno esta muy bien y la pileta es hermosa.

Cons:

Podría mencionar algunos detalles pequeños, pero nuestra estadía estuvo muy bien, volvería y lo recomendaría.

Cons:

En primer lugar, una de las cosas por la que elegimos ese lugar fue por el spa, la piscina y demás, desde el primer día de estadía, fueron 4, el sector de la pileta se encontraba frío, y el agua de la misma estaba fría, planteamos esto en la gerencia y no hubo ningún tipo de solución al requerimiento, nos dieron una explicación, la cual no nos brindaba ninguna solución, termine la estadía sin poder utilizar ese sector...El importe obviamente fue el mismo...tampoco tuve una atención por lo ocurrido....eramos clientes de ese lugar....

La piscina muy bien , el desayuno bueno pero podria tener calentadores de pan que no sean tostadoras. Falta un letrero en la avenida principal que diga que HM queda ahi para arriba o doblando

Boa para familias, limpa e organizada.
Pros:

Muito boa a localizacao, é possivel ver o bondinho do Cerro Otto do local. Tem dois banheiros a acomodacao que fiquei, o que é excelente para familia. Tem uma pequena cozinha que e muito pratico.

Ótima experiência! Equipe gentil e lugar bonito e confortável. Fácil acesso aos passeios de carro. A piscina aquecida é muito boa para depois dos passeios. A cama e o quarto é confortável.

O café da manhã é repetitivo e com pouca variedade. O wifi não pegava bem.

Me tuve que ir a otro hotel. Las fotos no coinciden con la realidad del alojamiento.

Tuve que cancelar la reserva con lo que solo me quedé una noche.

El desayuno y la habitación.

Cons:

La piscina. Una decepción, el agua fría. Te dabas cuenta porque no hubo en los 3 días, ninguna persona en el lugar. Las Tvs, muy viejas y la conexión, horrible, toda lluviosa. La conexión Wifi debería mejorar.
