Sehr schön, gerne wieder aber besser auswärts Essen und Trinken

Die Lage, das regionale Konzept und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Natur rundherum ist magisch schön.

Een schitterend en comfortabel verblijf om te starten aan de beklimming van de Puy de Dôme.
Pros:

We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en we genoten van een drankje op het terras. Het prachtige hotel ligt aan de voet van de Puy de Dôme in een mooie natuurlijke omgeving. We kregen een ruime kamer, degelijk ingericht met net verzorgd sanitair. De avondlunch was zeer verzorgd en mooi opgediend. Het ontbijt was perfect.

Chambre très bien équipée. Vue incroyable. Accueil au top et très arrangeant car nous avons eu un soucis avec booking mais ils ont étaient très réactif. Rien à dire à part que c'était top !

Cons:

Le seul petit bémol serait le prix un peu cher mais qui est justifié au vu de l'emplacement.

Pros:

Endroit fabuleux. Très belle vue sur le Puy de Dôme depuis la terrasse. Nous devions y séjourner une seule nuit et nous y sommes finalement resté trois nuits. L'accueil, le service, la gentillesse du personnel, les produits locaux, la cuisine, les excellents fromages, la convivialité, la bienveillance, la sérénité, .... tout est mis en place pour que les engagements promis, dès l'arrivée dans la chambre, soient respectés. Leur métier : "Partageurs de bonheur"... Et c'est vérifié... BRAVO!

A truly wonderful stay, made even better by exceptional service
Pros:

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The property is lovely and beautifully kept. A really nice garden that made for a peaceful spot to relax. Breakfast was a highlight: fresh, generous, and beautifully prepared. And the views were simply stunning: the kind you want to sit and take in with a coffee in hand.

What really set this hotel apart, though, was the level of care shown by the owner. After checking out, I realised I'd left my toiletry bag behind. It meant a great deal to me, as it contained gifts from my wife. The owner went out of their way to track it down and arrange for it to be posted back to me, keeping me updated throughout. That kind of thoughtfulness and honesty is rare, and it says everything about how this hotel is run.

This is a place I'd happily return to and recommend without hesitation.

Tolle Lage, sehr idyllisch. Toll für Familien, aber dadurch auch etwas laut für andere Gäste-:).
Gemütlicher Garten mit fantastischem Blick auf den Puy de Dome. Frühstück mit regionalen Produkten. Sehr nettes Personal.
