Disappointing
Pros:

Charlotte was lovely, professional and experienced. The lady on check-out was great.

Cons:

The young staff in the evening were incompetent, only saved by the arrival of Charlotte. We sat for 30 minutes before in the end asking if we could order our food, yet they were walking past us all the time! Starters and mains then came at the same time. Not a great experience.

Pros:

The hotel is in a great location. We loved that the bar was always open during the day, so we could grab a cold drink or gelato when we came back in the afternoon. The cheese station during breakfast was fantastic!

Bonne Nuit d'étape avant Puy de Dome
Pros:

Très grand et bien organisé, vue magnifique sur le puy de dôme,
grands jardins, le gite peut etre utilisé plusieurs jours pour rayonner
Restauration très efficace avec niveau de service super. Repas moyen (mais nous étions fatigués)
A noter : prise de recharge voiture elec dans parking

Superbe vue
Pros:

L'emplacement est vraiment chouette avec une jolie vue sur le puy de dome.
Le terrain aménagé avec les transat est agréable.
Le dîner était vraiment très bon ! Avec des produits locaux, tout ce qu'on aime.

Cons:

Je ne sais pas si c'est le fait d'avoir la chambre proche des escaliers, mais cela était assez bruyant. Que ce soit le retour d'un groupe vers 23h30 (mais nous avons couvert le bruit par le son de la tele), ou les lèves tot du matin.
