No volveremos
Pros:

La ubicación muy buena.

Cons:

Limpieza deficiente en el baño. Manchas en el inodoro y la pared del baño que seguían después de haberse ido el servicio de limpieza. Una telaraña grande colgando en una esquina del techo que se avisó y no la quitaron. Hormigas en la habitación.
La comida hay poca variedad y no es muy sabrosa.
Hay dos piscinas “la grande” es pequeña para la cantidad de gente que hay alojada. Y la pequeña tiene vistas al mar pero el espacio es muy reducido.

Fantastiskt bra läge, närheten till stranden. Fräscha och välstädade rum, bra AC, sköna sängar. Trevlig personal på alla platser. Bra frukostbuffé och middag. Bra tillgång till solstolar.

Fantástico!
Pros:

Somos residentes en Mallorca y hemos estado alojados desde el jueves hasta el domingo celebrando nuestro aniversario y, una vez más, ha sido una experiencia fantástica. Ya estuvimos el año pasado y teníamos claro que queríamos repetir, y la verdad es que no nos ha decepcionado en absoluto.
Todo el personal del hotel se ha portado fenomenal con nosotros, siempre muy atentos, amables y dispuestos a ayudar. Queremos hacer una mención especial a Johny, uno de los chefs, que además de cocinar muy bien, es una persona encantadora, muy maja y con la que tuvimos muy buen trato.
Las vistas son impresionantes y el ambiente del hotel hace que sea un lugar perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar de unos días especiales. En general, todo ha estado muy bien y hemos vuelto a casa muy contentos.
Nos gustaría poder seguir haciendo de este hotel nuestro lugar para celebrar nuestro aniversario cada año, y esperamos poder mantener esta tradición durante mucho tiempo.
Nos vemos el año que viene! 😁

Staff was extremely rude (every single one I interacted with), everything is « difficult » no matter what we asked for, the towels in the bathroom were dirty. The experience was really bad.

Las vistas desde la habitacion son espectaculares.
Otra joya es la piscina de la 4 planta,sin masificacion,muy tranquila y las vistas impresionantes.
Se respira mucha tranquilidad en todo el hotel,ideal para desconectar.
Personal muy amable,en especial comedor y bar de la piscina.
Volveremos.

Excellent location. Food was generally great, good variety, but chicken was always tasteless.

Cons:

Too small bathroom, especially compared to the size of the room. Would have been plenty of place to build a bigger bathroom with more private sink/basin area. Only the shower and toilet was private, but no shelves there.

Deludente, non tornerei in questo hotel e non lo consiglierei

La posizione sul mare sicuramente ha fatto guadagnare punti all’hotel

Cons:

Pulizia delle camere scarsa, mai cambiate lenzuola o pulita la doccia, era sempre pieno di capelli per terra. Inoltre la finestra della camera non si chiudeva e nei corridoi c’era sempre un odore forte di cibo molto fastidioso.
Quando andavi nella sala colazione/ cena rischiavi spesso di scivolare perché il pavimento era unto, probabilmente a causa della cappa del ristorante non funzionante.
Infine non vi erano docce né nella zona piscina né nella zona calette per sciacquarti una volta fatto il bagno

En la habitacion no funcionaba el aire aconcidionado y la chica de recepcion hizo caso omiso.
Esta critica es para booking, al coger 2 habitaciones con 4 adultos booking no hizo una reseva de 2 habitaciones para 2 adultos por el mismo precio. Al llegar tuvimos que pagar un suplemento por 2 adultos.

Außergewöhnliche Lage des Hotels mit durchschnittlicher Ausstattung

Die Lage des Hotels sowie unser Zimmer mit Meerblick war hervorragend.

Das Frühstücksbufett und das Abendessen war ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen

Das Personal war sehr freundlich

Abendliches Gesangsprogramm war unterhaltsam

Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten ausreichend vorhanden

Cons:

Ausstattung und Zustand des Hotels nicht 4 Sterne like.

Teilweise war es auf den Toiletten sehr schmutzig

Beide Hotel-Pools waren kalt.

Hungrige Ziegen beim Frühstück und Abendessen auf der Terrasse störend

Una estancia muy agradable
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, en primera línea de mar, la cama súper cómoda y el personal muy amable, especialmente los del restaurante.

Cons:

Lo que menos me gustó fue que las cabras salvajes campan a sus anchas por la terraza del hotel.
Y la limpieza de la habitación es más bien escasa, a pesar de que lo dejábamos todo recogido para que pudieran limpiar bien.
