Wir hatten leider das Pech gerade rüber von unserem Zimmer in einem Nebengebäude waren wahrscheinlich Bauarbeiter die sich da bis morgens um 2 Uhr ausgetobt haben

Not a 4 star hotel and not for this price
Pros:

The hotel staff was very nice and professional. The hotel on the outside and inside was renovated and looked clean and tidy. The breakfast was really good. The good things end here for me. Everything else was not for a 4 star hotel. Maybe a 3 star at best.

Cons:

The shower did not work. The water did not drain even a bit. We arrived very late - close to 23 when the reception closed and tried to have a shower and it was impossible. Reception closes at 23 so there was no one to call. The beds were terrible.We wanted a double room, which was 2 twin beds with a hole between them. No ammenities for a 4 star hotel - missing napkins, missing toiletries. It felt like the whole room was made to annoy the guest.Overall I was very disappointed in the hotel for this price. We checked out 1 night early and decided to go home rather than spend one more night there.

Great Hotel with fantastic restaurant. Spa looked lovely but didn't get chance to use.
Pros:

I have stayed before, and very good. Restaurant very nice as before. Good location.

Cons:

It would be better if the Spa (pool) was open after 7pm. Also if the times could be advised on Booking.com that would be useful. Also I requested a double bed, and received twin beds. Not a huge problem but would have given a better rating.

Prumerny wellness hotel.
Pros:

Ubytovani je ciste, personal mily a snidane az na kavovar, ktery neustale hlasil chybu, bez chyby. Pokojova sluzba ochotna a rychla. Velmi pozitivne hodnotim restauraci Skala, ktera je pridruzena k hotelu. Vyborne jidlo, mila obsluha primerene ceny, krasne a netradicni prostredi. Navic jako host hotelu mate automatickou rezervaci stolu.

Cons:

Hotel se prezentuje jako wellness, ale ve skutecnosti wellness sluzeb moc nenabizi. Nejvetsi zklamani je sauna. Je jen jedna mala max pro 3 dospele osoby, sedacky v saune velmi vysoko, mensi lidi maji problem na ne vylezt. Pred saunou pouze dve lehatka, takze kazdy dalsi sedi na zemi. Bazen mensi a studeny a virivka jen jedna (na takhle velky hotel). V ramci ubytovani jsme dostaly zapujcene zupany, jeden mel rozervany rukav, jeden utrhana poutka na pasek. Na pokoji bohuzel ani rychlovarna konvice, aby si host mohl uvarit kdykoliv caj. Ze byl pokojik mensi a skoro bez uloznych prostoru ani nemluve.

Pros:

Alles was man brauch ist vorhaben und genau so wie beschrieben. Als Zöliakiepatient bekommt man Morgens sogar einen großen Korb aus dem man eine eigenen Produkte wähelen kann. Parkplätze sind auch genügend da und ein Restaurant gleich vor Ort.

Cons:

Leider ist das Wasser im Pool arg kalt und so haben sie fast alle Spa besucher im Whirlpool getümmelt.
