Cons:

im Only adult bereich Kinder, im Pool und in der Ruhezohne, dies sollte besser kontrolliert werden. überhaupt ist kein Personal am Pool gewesen für einwenig Ortnung....

The most spectacular holiday experience.
Pros:

We arrived late and the hotel had prepped dinner for us, we dined in a private room and it felt so special from the moment we walked in.
The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive at all times. They made a real fuss of my partner for his birthday which made it even more special for us. Staff helped us with taxis and buses to ensure we were never stuck. The food was unbelievable ,such a high standard from breakfast to dinner. The beds are so comfortable and the views are insane. I would recommend to anyone who would like the most extraordinary experience of Naturno and the surrounding areas. We also visited Ozil peak and the cable cars in Naturno. I would highly recommend this.
The facilities are beautiful and clean. I would rate this a 5star and the best overall experience we have had when being abroad. Thank you to all the staff who made is special for us.

Cons:

You had to pay for water and drinks in the evening which was peculiar that it was not a part of the package. Tourist tax is not included in your price but it should be.

- Einziger „Kritikpunkt“: Poollandschaft so gestalten, dass man auf die wunderschönen Erntefelder sieht.
