Alles es ist halt nur schade, dass die Terasse so ungenutzt bleibt, da man sich zwar Getränke holen kann aber kein Servierpersonal vorhanden ist mit denen man [rede von untertags) plaudern kann auch gibt es leider kein Restaurant mehr. Aber sonst war alles super

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal . Alles sehr sauber und beim Frühstück ist für alle Geschmäcker reichlich vorhanden !

Fahrrad abstellplatz leider ohne Licht etwas zu dunkel !

Keiner da bei der Anreise, mussten uns den Schlüssel aus einem Kasten holen. Wenn wir nicht angerufen hätten, hätten wir gar nicht ins Zimmer können. Die inkludierte Burgenland Card haben wir erst beim Check out angeboten bekommen! Chaotisch! Und für den Preis erwarte ich mir was Anderes
