Extremely warm welcome by Alessandro & Nicoletta - it was like coming home. We arrived late and Alessandro was so kind to send us a video for the last 100m or so for easier navigation. He waited on the street and waved his arms. The whole family made our stay exceptional. Tommaso, their eldest sons, a lovely young chap who is student, ski instructor, DJ handled the breakfast with focus and fun. The whole experience was like we have been part of their family. High empathy and genuine how our stay can be amazing every day. Alessandro driving and picking us up everywhere was perfect. Authentic family hospitality in a modern Alpine setting — the perfect place to reconnect with nature and feel completely at home.
We didn't like that we had to leave not only Alessandro and his family (even though we extended our stay) but also the marmot families that we loved to observe from our loft room. We also would have loved to enjoy another DJ gig of Tommaso in one of the local places.

Highly recommend this hotel! The owner provides exceptional personal service, making sure every guest is well taken care of. The entire place is clean, organized, and beautiful. Our room had a magnificent view, and the breakfast was delicious. The shuttle service to town was fast and available whenever needed, and the local recommendations were perfect. A 5-star experience.

This is a fabulous hotel. It has everything; it's family run, it has a classy restaurant, a beautiful wellness area and the views are breathtaking. Decor is stylish and modern. You feel looked after from the moment you arrive; Alessandro is incredibly attentive, shows you everything and either he or a member of staff are always on hand to provide a gentle guiding hand or piece of advice. Our car had a small problem while we stayed, and Alessandro was immediately helping; prepared to go to the village to get anything needed and ensure all was well. Our room had a slope side balcony, a comfortable bed, plenty of storage space, excellent tea and coffee facilities and a good, usable size shower room. We didn't have to worry about helmet, ski and boot storage - the ski room opens onto the slopes for a genuine ski-in ski-out experience and everything is securely locked when not in use. It's not a concern being on the edge of the village; the shuttle runs on request to drop you off in the centre of the lovely traditional village and collect you again.
Breakfast was of excellent quality, but perhaps a little limited in quantity and choice; we came down one morning and there was little left. A greater choice of yoghurts, jams and bread would be nice; there are also no facilities to toast bread.

The owners are down to earth and extremely friendly, very helpful. Felt like home with 5 stars services. Amazing buffet breakfast, plus they are very flexible to customize any dish if possible. Shuttle service provided, so no need to rent a car.

Colazione perfetta per iniziare la giornata di sci al meglio. Disponibile Alessandro e i figli per fare qualche piatto caldo specifico. Tutto buonissimo e fatto in casa, e si sente la qualità!
Nel complesso tutto eccezionale, se devo trovare una nota stonata sono le poche sedute nella zona benessere. In particolare ridurrei la potenza dell'illuminazione, molto forte nella parte che da sulla pista.
Anche se abbiamo soggiornato all'Hotel Bergmann solo per un breve periodo, ci siamo goduti appieno il nostro soggiorno! Dal pick-up con il furgone dell'hotel, all'approccio eccezionalmente orientato al servizio del proprietario Alessandro, fino al personale molto attento. Entrando nell'hotel, noterete subito l'architettura modernissima e l'arredamento coordinato. Questo si riflette anche nelle camere o suite, dotate di tutti i piccoli dettagli che renderanno il vostro soggiorno un piacere. La qualità è costantemente mantenuta in ogni dettaglio. Dal Prosecco nel minibar agli accessori in bagno, fino ai letti di altissima qualità, in particolare la biancheria. Dormirete come in paradiso! Al mattino, a colazione, vi aspetta ancora una volta un buffet preparato con cura e una varietà di piatti. Pane, salumi e carni, così come i dolci più raffinati, vengono serviti individualmente al tavolo di ogni ospite. Sono preparati con maestria e serviti in piccole porzioni! Anche in questo caso, il personale di servizio è molto attento e vi verrà chiesto se desiderate piatti a base di uova o altri piatti. In inverno, l'hotel offre un accesso diretto alle piste e agli impianti di risalita, direttamente sugli sci. In sintesi, un hotel di altissima qualità, un modello per Cervinia!
