Comrades Marathon accommodation
Pros:

Proximity to where we had to be. Also good value for money.

Cons:

Door card key was very temperamental.

Pros:

I arrived early and was allowed in the premises early as I cited safety concerns by the bus terminal at intercape Burger Street, PMB. I also was early accomodated and my language was left behind and I retrieved it after Comrades Marathon. I had a perfect stay good customer by staff.

Cons:

NIL. This is my new home. Bringing back more of my club members

Comrades marathon - family staying over so they can fetch me at the finish
Pros:

The booking service team must really do better regarding the booking made through Bookings.com. Glitches with this system and the hotel must understand that it not customers obligation to sort out the mess created through bookings.com.

Cons:

I think I didnt like the fact that I had to keep following up if my booking is confirmed when I had received the confirmation through booking.com com 2 months before that my reservation is confirmed. I got alarmed when I received the email in the same week that my bookings was not paid.....

Very good!

It was good.
Pros:

Location is good, it's easy to get there..
Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

During busy time, may please add more staff to the reception.
We've waited for the long time in the queue to check in because there was only one lady assisting us.

Pros:

- The staff were excellent. I didn't interact with many staff members, but the light-skinned receptionist who assisted us during check-in was outstanding. Even though she was very busy handling multiple check-ins at the same time, she greeted us with a smile, politely asked us to wait, and apologized for the delay. She remained professional, calm, and friendly throughout. She truly managed the situation very well. I would suggest that during peak check-in times, management should provide additional support at reception to assist guests more efficiently. That being said, she was amazing and deserves recognition.

- The security personnel were also very friendly and welcoming.

-The room had everything we needed, including a bar fridge, which was a nice bonus.

- The shower worked well, and we had no issues with it.

- The TV was good and easy to use.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi signal was quite poor. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy the Wi-Fi experience during our stay.

-While the TV was good, I think adding more channels would improve the guest experience.

It was just okay cause we had no other choice, I so wish they can renovate the hotel a bit.
Pros:

I just liked hot water

Cons:

The room was smelling cigarette and the room door looks like someone was trying to break in, the room was not 100% clean.
